¹ ¶ The LORD reigns; the peoples shall tremble; he who sits above the cherubim reigns; the earth shall be moved.

² The LORD is great in Zion, and he is high above all the peoples.

³ Let them praise thy great and terrible name, for it is holy.

⁴ The king’s strength is that he loves judgment; thou dost establish equity; thou dost execute judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

⁵ Exalt ye the LORD our God and worship at the footstool of his feet, which is holy.

⁶ ¶ Moses and Aaron are among his priests and Samuel among those that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.

⁷ He spoke unto them in the pillar of fire; they kept his testimonies and the order that he gave them.

⁸ Thou didst answer them, O LORD our God; thou wast a God that didst forgive them, and an avenger for their works.

⁹ Exalt the LORD our God and worship at the mountain of his holiness, for the LORD our God is holy.

⁷ ¶ And Moses took the tabernacle and pitched it outside the camp, afar off from the camp, and called it the tabernacle of the testimony. And it came to pass that every one who sought the LORD went out unto the tabernacle of the testimony, which was outside the camp.

⁸ And it came to pass when Moses would go out unto the tabernacle, that all the people would rise up and stand each one at the door of their tent, with their gaze following Moses until he was gone into the tabernacle.

⁹ And when Moses would enter into the tabernacle, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the door of the tabernacle, and the LORD would talk with Moses.

¹⁰ And when all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at the tabernacle door, all the people would rise up, each one in the door of their tent, and worship.

¹¹ And the LORD would speak unto Moses face to face, as anyone would speak unto their friend. And he would turn again into the camp, but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, did not depart out of the tabernacle.

⁹ ¶ I wrote unto the congregation, {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones} but Diotrephes, who loves to have the preeminence among them, did not receive us.

¹⁰ Therefore, if I come, I will cause his deeds to be understood, speaking against us with malicious words, and not content with this, he does not receive the brethren and forbids those that desire to receive them and casts them out of the congregation. {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones}

¹¹ Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that does good is of God, but he that does evil has not seen God.

¹² ¶ Everyone gives testimony of Demetrius, even the truth itself; and we also bear witness, and ye have known that our witness is true.
