Version
Psalm 105:1-6

¶ O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples.

Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him; speak of all his wondrous works.

Glory in his holy name; let the heart of those that seek the LORD rejoice.

Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his face continually.

Remember his marvellous works that he has done, his wonders and the judgments of his mouth,

O ye seed of Abraham his slave, ye sons of Jacob his chosen.

Psalm 105:16-22

16 Moreover he called for a famine upon the land; he broke the whole staff of bread.

17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a slave,

18 whose feet they hurt with fetters; his soul was laid in iron.

19 Until the time that his word came, the spoken word of the LORD purified him.

20 The king sent and loosed him, the ruler of the people let him go free.

21 He made him lord of his house and ruler of all his substance:

22 To bind his princes at his pleasure and teach his elders wisdom.

Psalm 105:45

45 that they might observe his statutes and keep his laws. Halelu-JAH.

Genesis 35:22-29

22 And it came to pass when Israel dwelt in that land, that Reuben went and lay with Bilhah, his father’s concubine, and Israel heard of it. Now the sons of Jacob were twelve:

23 The sons of Leah: Reuben, Jacob’s firstborn, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun.

24 The sons of Rachel: Joseph and Benjamin.

25 And the sons of Bilhah, Rachel’s handmaid: Dan and Naphtali.

26 And the sons of Zilpah, Leah’s handmaid: Gad and Asher. These are the sons of Jacob, who were born to him in Padanaram.

27 And Jacob came unto Isaac, his father, unto Mamre, unto the city of Arbah, which is Hebron, where Abraham and Isaac sojourned.

28 And the days of Isaac were one hundred and eighty years.

29 And Isaac expired and died and was gathered unto his people, being old and full of days, and his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.

Acts 17:10-15

10 ¶ And the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night unto Berea, who when they got there went into the synagogue of the Jews.

11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all diligence and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

12 Therefore many of them believed, also of honourable women who were Greeks and of men, not a few.

13 But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of God was preached by Paul at Berea, they came there also and stirred up the people.

14 And then immediately the brethren sent Paul to go away towards the sea, but Silas and Timothy abode there still.

15 And those that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens; and receiving an order from him unto Silas and Timothy to come unto him as soon as possible, they departed.
