Version
Psalm 78:23-29

23 Yet He commanded the clouds above
And (A)opened the doors of heaven;
24 He (B)rained down manna upon them to eat,
And gave them [a](C)food from heaven.
25 Man ate the bread of [b]angels;
He sent them [c]food [d](D)in abundance.
26 He (E)made the east wind blow in the sky
And by His [e]power He directed the south wind.
27 When He rained meat upon them like the dust,
Even (F)winged fowl like the sand of the seas,
28 He let them fall in the midst of [f]their camp,
All around their dwellings.
29 So they (G)ate and were well filled,
And He [g]satisfied their longing.

Exodus 12:33-42

Exodus of Israel

33 (A)The Egyptians urged the people, to send them out of the land in a hurry, for they said, “We will all be dead.” 34 So the people took (B)their dough before it was leavened, with their kneading bowls bound up in the clothes on their shoulders.

35 (C)Now the sons of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, for they had requested from the Egyptians articles of silver and articles of gold, and clothing; 36 and the Lord had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have their request. Therefore they (D)plundered the Egyptians.

37 Now the (E)sons of Israel journeyed from (F)Rameses to Succoth, about (G)six hundred thousand men on foot, aside from children. 38 A (H)mixed multitude also went up with them, [a]along with flocks and herds, a (I)very large number of livestock. 39 And they baked the dough which they had brought out of Egypt into cakes of unleavened bread. For it had no yeast, since they were (J)driven out of Egypt and could not delay, nor had they [b]prepared any provisions for themselves.

40 Now the time [c]that the sons of Israel had lived in Egypt was (K)430 years. 41 And at the end of 430 years, on (L)this very day, (M)all the [d]multitudes of the Lord departed from the land of Egypt.

Ordinance of the Passover

42 (N)It is a night [e]to be observed for the Lord, for having brought them out of the land of Egypt; this night is for the Lord, [f]to be observed by all the sons of Israel throughout their generations.

1 Corinthians 11:17-22

17 Now in giving this next instruction (A)I do not praise you, because you come together not for the better, but for the worse. 18 For, in the first place, when you come together [a]as a church, I hear that [b](B)divisions exist among you; and in part I believe it. 19 For there also (C)have to be factions among you, (D)so that those who are approved may become [c]evident among you. 20 Therefore when you come together it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper, 21 for when you eat, each one takes his own supper first; and one goes hungry while (E)another gets drunk. 22 What! Do you not have houses in which to eat and drink? Or do you despise the (F)church of God and (G)shame those who have nothing? What am I to say to you? Shall (H)I praise you? In this I do not praise you.
