Psalm 119:121-128

Ayin

121 I have done what is just and right;
    do not leave me to my oppressors.
122 Give your servant (A)a pledge of good;
    let not (B)the insolent oppress me.
123 My (C)eyes long for your salvation
    and for the fulfilment of your righteous promise.
124 Deal with your servant according to your steadfast love,
    and (D)teach me your statutes.
125 I am your (E)servant; (F)give me understanding,
    that I may know your testimonies!
126 It is time for the Lord to act,
    for your law has been broken.
127 Therefore I (G)love your commandments
    above gold, above fine gold.
128 Therefore I consider all your precepts to be right;
    I hate every (H)false way.

1 Kings 4:29-34

29 (A)And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding beyond measure, and breadth of mind (B)like the sand on the seashore, 30 so that Solomon's wisdom surpassed the wisdom of all (C)the people of the east (D)and all the wisdom of Egypt. 31 For he was (E)wiser than all other men, wiser than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, Calcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol, and his fame was in all the surrounding nations. 32 (F)He also spoke 3,000 proverbs, (G)and his songs were 1,005. 33 He spoke of trees, from the cedar that is in Lebanon to the hyssop that grows out of the wall. He spoke also of beasts, and of birds, and of reptiles, and of fish. 34 And people of all nations came to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and from (H)all the kings of the earth, who had heard of his wisdom.

Ephesians 6:10-18

The Whole Armour of God

10 Finally, (A)be strong in the Lord and in (B)the strength of his might. 11 (C)Put on (D)the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against (E)the schemes of the devil. 12 For (F)we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against (G)the rulers, against the authorities, against (H)the cosmic powers over (I)this present darkness, against (J)the spiritual forces of evil (K)in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore (L)take up the whole armour of God, that you may be able to withstand in (M)the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore, (N)having fastened on the belt of truth, and (O)having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, (P)as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16 In all circumstances take up (Q)the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all (R)the flaming darts of (S)the evil one; 17 and take (T)the helmet of salvation, and (U)the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18 praying (V)at all times (W)in the Spirit, (X)with all prayer and supplication. To that end (Y)keep alert with all perseverance, making (Z)supplication for all the saints,
