Psalm 93

The Majesty of the Lord.

93 (A)The Lord [a]reigns, He is (B)clothed with majesty;
The Lord has (C)clothed and encircled Himself with strength.
Indeed, the (D)world is firmly established; it will not be moved.
Your (E)throne is established from of old;
You (F)are from eternity.

The (G)floods have lifted up, Lord,
The floods have lifted up their voice,
The floods lift up their pounding waves.
More than the sounds of many waters,
Than the mighty breakers of the sea,
The Lord (H)on high is mighty.
Your (I)testimonies are fully confirmed;
(J)Holiness is pleasing to Your house,
Lord, [b]forevermore.

1 Chronicles 12:16-22

16 Then some of the sons of Benjamin and Judah came to the stronghold to David. 17 David went out to meet them, and said to them, “If you come peacefully to help me, my heart shall be united with you; but if to betray me to my enemies, since there is no [a]wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers look on it and decide.” 18 Then (A)the Spirit [b]covered (B)Amasai like clothing, the chief of the thirty; and he said,

We are yours, David,
And are with you, son of Jesse!
(C)Peace, peace to you,
And peace to him who helps you;
Indeed, your God helps you!”

Then David received them and made them [c]captains of the troops.

19 (D)From Manasseh some also defected to David when he was about to go to battle with the Philistines against Saul. But they did not help them, because the governors of the Philistines sent him away after consultation, saying, “At the cost of our heads he might defect to his master Saul.” 20 As he was going to Ziklag, men from Manasseh defected to him: Adnah, Jozabad, Jediael, Michael, Jozabad, Elihu, and Zillethai, [d]captains of thousands who belonged to Manasseh. 21 They helped David against (E)the band of raiders, for they were all valiant mighty men, and were captains in the army. 22 For day by day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army (F)like the army of God.

Revelation 21:5-14

And (A)He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am (B)making all things new.” And He *said, “Write, for (C)these words are faithful and true.” Then He said to me, “[a](D)It is done. I am the (E)Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. (F)I will give water to the one who thirsts from the spring of the (G)water of life, without cost. (H)The one who overcomes will inherit these things, and (I)I will be his God and he will be My son. (J)But for the cowardly, and [b]unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and sexually immoral persons, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part will be in (K)the lake that burns with fire and [c]brimstone, which is the (L)second death.”

(M)Then one of the seven angels who had the (N)seven bowls, [d]full of the (O)seven last plagues, came and spoke with me, saying, “(P)Come here, I will show you the (Q)bride, the wife of the Lamb.”

The New Jerusalem

10 And (R)he carried me away [e](S)in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me (T)the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, 11 having (U)the glory of God. Her [f]brilliance was like a very valuable stone, like a (V)stone of (W)crystal-clear jasper. 12 [g]It had a great and high wall, [h](X)with twelve (Y)gates, and at the gates twelve angels; and names were written on the gates, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel. 13 There were three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. 14 And the wall of the city had (Z)twelve foundation stones, and on them were the twelve names of the (AA)twelve apostles of the Lamb.
