Psalm 23

The Lord, the Psalmist’s Shepherd.

A Psalm of David.

23 The Lord is my (A)shepherd,
I will (B)not be in need.
He lets me lie down in (C)green pastures;
He (D)leads me beside [a](E)quiet waters.
He (F)restores my soul;
He (G)guides me in the [b](H)paths of righteousness
For the sake of His name.

Even though I (I)walk through the [c]valley of the shadow of death,
I (J)fear no [d]evil, for (K)You are with me;
Your (L)rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You (M)prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You [e]have (N)anointed my head with oil;
My (O)cup overflows.
[f]Certainly (P)goodness and [g]faithfulness will follow me all the days of my life,
And my (Q)dwelling will be in the house of the Lord [h]forever.

Ezekiel 28:25-26

Israel Regathered

25 ‘This is what the Lord God says: “When I (A)gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and show Myself holy among them in the sight of the nations, then they will (B)live on their land which I gave to My servant Jacob. 26 They will (C)live on it securely; and they will (D)build houses, plant vineyards, and live securely when I (E)execute judgments upon all around them who despise them. Then they will know that I am the Lord their God.”’”

Luke 12:29-32

29 And do not [a]seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, and do not (A)keep worrying. 30 For [b]all these things are what the nations of the world [c]eagerly seek; and your Father knows that you need these things. 31 But [d]seek His kingdom, and (B)these things will be [e]provided to you. 32 [f](C)Do not be afraid, (D)little flock, because (E)your Father has chosen to give you the kingdom.
