Version
Psalm 78:23-29

23 Yet he had commanded the [a]clouds above, and had opened the doors of heaven,

24 And had rained down Manna upon them for to eat, and had given them of the wheat of heaven.

25 (A)Man did eat the bread of Angels: he sent them meat enough.

26 He caused the [b]East wind to pass in the heaven: and through his power he brought in the South wind.

27 He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowl as the sand of the sea.

28 And he made it fall in the midst of their camp, even round about their habitations.

29 So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their desire.

Exodus 12:43-13:2

43 Also the Lord said unto Moses and Aaron, This is the Law of the Passover: [a]no stranger shall eat thereof.

44 But every servant that is bought for money, when thou hast circumcised him, then shall he eat thereof.

45 A stranger or an hired servant shall not eat thereof.

46 (A)In one house shall it be eaten: thou shalt carry none of the flesh out of the house, (B)neither shall ye break a bone thereof.

47 All the Congregation of Israel shall observe it.

48 But if a stranger dwell with thee, and will observe the passover of the Lord, let him circumcise all the males, that belong unto him, and then let him come and observe it, and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for none uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.

49 One [b]law shall be to him that is born in the land, and to the stranger that dwelleth among you.

50 Then all the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses and Aaron: so did they.

51 And the selfsame day did the Lord bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.

13 The firstborn are offered to God. 3 The memorial of their deliverance. 6 The institution of the Passover. 8, 14 An exhortation to teach their children to remember this deliverance. 17 Why they are led by the wilderness. 19 The bones of Joseph. 21 The pillar of the cloud and of the fire.

And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

(C)Sanctify unto me all the firstborn: that is, every one that first openeth the womb among the children of Israel, as well of man as of beast: for it is mine.

1 Corinthians 11:27-34

27 [a]Wherefore, whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink the cup of the Lord [b]unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

28 (A)[c]Let [d]every man therefore examine himself, and so let them eat of this bread, and drink of this cup.

29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh his own damnation, because he [e]discerneth not the Lord’s body.

30 [f]For this cause many are weak, and sick among you, and many sleep.

31 For if we would [g]judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, because we should not be condemned with the world.

33 [h]Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.

34 [i]And if any man be hungry, let him eat at home, that ye come not together unto condemnation. [j]Other things will I set in order when I come.
