Revised Common Lectionary (Complementary)
67 1 A prayer of the Church to obtain the favor of God and to be lightened with his countenance. 2 To the end that his way and judgment may be known throughout the earth. 7 And finally is declared the kingdom of God, which should be universally erected at the coming of Christ.
To him that excelleth on Neginoth. A Psalm or song.
1 God be merciful unto us, and bless us, and [a]cause his face to shine among us. (Selah.)
2 That [b]they may know thy way upon earth, and thy saving health among all nations.
3 Let the people praise thee, O God: let all the people praise thee.
4 [c]Let the people be glad and rejoice: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon the earth. Selah.
5 Let the people praise thee, O God: let all the people praise thee.
6 Then shall [d]the earth bring forth her increase, and God, even our God shall bless us.
7 God shall bless us, and all the ends of the earth [e]shall fear him.
20 Assemble yourselves, and come: draw near together, [a]ye abject of the Gentiles: they have no knowledge, that set up the wood of their idol, and pray unto a god, that cannot save them.
21 Tell ye and bring them, and let them take counsel together, who hath declared this from the beginning, or hath told it of old? Have not I the Lord? and there is none other God beside me, a just God, and a Savior: there is none beside me.
22 Look unto me, and ye shall be saved: all [b]the ends of the earth shall be saved: for I am God, and there is none other.
23 I have sworn by myself: the word is gone out of my mouth in [c]righteousness, and shall not return, That every [d]knee shall bow unto me, and every tongue shall swear by me.
24 Surely [e]he shall say, In the Lord have I righteousness and strength: he shall come unto him, and all that [f]provoke him shall be ashamed.
25 The whole seed of Israel shall be justified, and glory in the Lord.
15 1 The seven Angels having the seven last plagues. 3 They that conquered the beast praise God. 6 To the seven Angels, 7 seven vials full of God’s wrath are delivered.
1 And [a]I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven [b]Angels having the seven last plagues: for by them is fulfilled the wrath of God.
2 [c]And I saw [d]as it were a glassy sea, mingled with fire, and [e]them that had gotten victory of the beast, and of his image, and of his mark, and of the number of his name, [f]stand at the glassy sea, having the harps of God,
3 And they sung [g]the song of Moses the [h]servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, [i]Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty: just and true are thy (A)[j]ways, King of Saints.
4 (B)Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name! for thou only art holy, and all nations shall come and worship before thee: for thy judgments are made manifest.
