Version
Deuteronomy 18

18 “The priests of the Levites, and all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part or inheritance with Israel. They shall eat the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and His inheritance.

“Therefore, they shall have no inheritance among their brothers. The LORD is their inheritance, as He has said to them.

“And this shall be the priest’s duty from the people: that those who offer sacrifice, whether bullock or sheep, shall give to the priest the shoulder, the two cheeks and the stomach.

“The firstfruits of your corn, of your wine, of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep you shall give him.

“For the LORD your God has chosen him out of all your tribes to stand and minister in the Name of the LORD, he and his sons forever.

“Also, when a Levite shall come out of any of your cities, out of all Israel, where he remained, and comes with all the desire of his heart to the place which the LORD shall choose,

“He shall then minister in the Name of the LORD his God, as all his brothers (the Levites) who remain there before the LORD.

“They shall have similar portions to eat besides that which comes from the sale of his inheritance.

“When you shall come into the land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not learn to follow the abominations of those nations.

10 “Let no one be found among you who makes his son or his daughter into a human sacrifice, who uses witchcraft, is a soothsayer, an interpreter of omens or a sorcerer,

11 “a conjurer who counsels with spirits, a medium, or one who asks counsel from the dead.

12 “For all who do such things are an abomination to the LORD. And because of these abominations, the LORD your God casts them out before you.

13 “Therefore, you shall be upright with the LORD your God.

14 “For these nations, which you shall possess, obey soothsayers and sorcerers. As for you, the LORD your God has not allowed you to do so.

15 “The LORD your God will raise up to you a Prophet like me from among you, from your brothers. You shall listen to him,

16 “according to all that you desired of the LORD your God in Horeb, in the day of the assembly, when you said, ‘Let me hear the Voice of my LORD God no more, nor see this great fire anymore, so that I do not die.’

17 “And the LORD said to me, ‘They have well spoken.

18 ‘I will raise up a Prophet for them like you, from among their brothers. And I will put My Words in his mouth. And he shall speak to all those whom I shall Command him.

19 ‘And whoever will not listen to My Words (which he shall speak in My Name), I will require it of him.

20 ‘But the prophet who shall presume to speak a word in My Name whom I have not Commanded to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.’

21 “And if you think in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?’

22 “When a prophet speaks in the Name of the LORD, if the thing does not follow or happen, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You shall not be afraid of him.”

Psalm 105

105 Praise the LORD! Call upon His Name! Declare His works among the people!

Sing to Him! Sing praise to Him! Talk of all His wondrous works!

Rejoice in His Holy Name! Let the heart of those who seek the LORD, rejoice!

Seek the LORD and His strength. Seek His face continually.

Remember His marvelous works that He has done, His wonders and the judgments of His mouth

you seed of Abraham His servant, you children of Jacob who are His Elect.

He is the LORD our God. His judgments are through all the Earth.

He has always remembered His Covenant promise that He made to a thousand generations

(which he made with Abraham) and his oath to Isaac.

10 And He has since confirmed it to Jacob for a Law, and to Israel for an everlasting Covenant,

11 saying, “To You I will give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance,”

12 when they were few in number (indeed, very few) and strangers in the land

13 and walked about from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people.

14 Still, He allowed no man to do them wrong, but rebuked kings for their sakes, saying,

15 “Do not touch My anointed, nor do my Prophets harm.”

16 Moreover, He called a famine upon the land, and utterly broke the staff of bread.

17 But, He sent a man before them. Joseph was sold for a slave.

18 They held his feet in the stocks; and he was laid in irons

19 until his appointed time came, and the counsel of the LORD had tried him.

20 The King sent and released him. The ruler of the people delivered him.

21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance,

22 so that he could bind his princes to his will and teach his ancients wisdom.

23 Then Israel came to Egypt, and Jacob was a stranger in the land of Ham.

24 And He increased His people exceedingly and made them stronger than their oppressors.

25 He turned their heart to hate His people, and to deal craftily with His servants.

26 He sent Moses, His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen.

27 They showed the message of His signs among them and wonders in the land of Ham.

28 He sent darkness and made it dark. And they were not disobedient to His commission.

29 He turned their waters into blood and killed their fish.

30 Their land brought forth frogs, even in their king’s chambers.

31 He spoke, and there came swarms of flies and lice in all their quarters.

32 He gave them hail for rain, and flames of fire in their land.

33 He also struck their vines and their fig trees and broke down the trees on their coasts.

34 He spoke, and the grasshoppers came, and innumerable caterpillars,

35 and ate up all the grass in their land and devoured the fruit of their ground.

36 He also struck all the firstborn in their land, even the beginning of all their strength.

37 He also brought them forth with silver and gold, and there was no one feeble among their tribes.

38 Egypt was glad at their departing, for the fear of them had fallen upon them.

39 He spread a cloud to be a covering, and fire to give light in the night.

40 They asked, and He brought quails; and He filled them with the bread of Heaven.

41 He opened the rock and the water flowed out and ran like a river in the dry places.

42 For He remembered His Holy Promise to Abraham, His servant.

43 And He brought forth His people with joy and his chosen with gladness,

44 and gave them the lands of the heathen. And they took the labors of the people in possession,

45 so that they might keep His statutes and observe His Laws. Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD

Isaiah 45

45 Thus says the LORD to Cyrus, His anointed, whose right hand I have strengthened to subdue nations before him, and I will weaken the loins of kings, and open the doors before him, and the gates shall not be shut:

“I will go before you, and make the crooked straight. I will break the bronze doors and burst the iron bars.

“And I will give you the treasures of darkness, and the things hidden in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, Who calls you by your name, even the God of Israel.

“For Jacob, My servant’s, sake, and Israel, My elect, I will call you by your name, and name you, though you have not known Me.

“I am the LORD, and there is no other. There is no God besides Me. I girded you, though you have not known Me,

“so that they may know from the rising of the Sun, and from the west, that there is none besides Me. I am the LORD, and there is no other.

“I form the light and create darkness. I make peace and create misery. I, the LORD, do all these things.

“You heavens send the dew from above, and let the clouds drop down righteousness. Let the Earth open, and let salvation and justice grow forth. Let it bring them forth together. I, the LORD, have created it.

“Woe be to him who strives with his Maker, the potsherd with the potsherds of the Earth. Shall the clay say to him who fashions it, ‘What do you make?’ or, ‘Your work, it has no hands’?

10 “Woe to him who says to his father, ‘What have you begotten?’ or to his mother, ‘What have you brought forth?’”

11 Thus says the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker: “Ask Me of things to come concerning My sons, and command concerning the works of My Hands.

12 “I have made the Earth and created man upon it. I, whose Hands have spread out the heavens, I have even commanded all their army.

13 “I have raised him up in righteousness and I will direct all his ways. He shall build my city and he shall let my captives go, without price or reward,” says the LORD of Hosts.

14 Thus says the LORD: “The labor of Egypt, and the merchandise of Ethiopia, and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come to you. And they shall be yours. They shall follow you, shall go in chains. They shall fall down before you and make supplication to you, saying, ‘Surely God is in you, and there is no other god besides.’”

15 Truly, You, O God, hide Yourself, O God, the Savior of Israel.

16 All they shall be ashamed, and also confounded. Those who are the makers of images shall go to confusion together.

17 Israel shall be saved in the LORD, with an everlasting salvation. You shall not be ashamed or confounded, forever and ever.

18 For thus says the LORD (Who created Heaven. God Himself—Who formed the Earth and made it—He Who prepared it. He did not create it to be empty. He formed it to be inhabited): “I am the LORD, and there is no other.

19 “I have not spoken in secret, or in a place of darkness, on the Earth. I did not say meaninglessly to the seed of Jacob, ‘Seek Me’. I, the LORD, speak righteousness and declare righteous things.

20 “Assemble yourselves and come. Draw near together, you fugitives from the Gentiles. Those who set up the wood of their idol, and pray to a god that cannot save them, have no knowledge.

21 “Tell, and bring them. And let them take counsel together. Who has declared this from the beginning, has told it long ago? Have not I, the LORD? And there is no other god besides Me, a just God and a Savior. There is none besides Me.

22 Look to Me, and you shall be saved. All the ends of the Earth shall be saved. for I am God, and there is no other.

23 “I have sworn by Myself. The Word has gone out of My Mouth in righteousness and shall not return, so that every knee shall bow to Me. Every tongue shall swear.

24 “Surely, he shall say, ‘In the LORD I have righteousness and strength.’ He shall come to him. And all who are angry with Him shall be ashamed.

25 “The whole seed of Israel shall be justified and glory in the LORD.”

Revelation 15

15 And I saw another sign in Heaven, great and marvelous: seven angels having the seven last plagues. For by them is fulfilled the wrath of God.

And I saw (as it were) a glassy sea, mingled with fire. And those who had gotten victory over the beast - and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name - stand at the glassy sea, having the harps of God.

And they sang the song of Moses (the servant of God) and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are your ways, King of Saints!

“Who shall not fear you, O Lord, and glorify Your Name! For You only are holy! And all nations shall come and worship before You! For Your judgments are revealed!”

And after that, I looked. And behold, the Temple of the Tabernacle of Testimony was open in Heaven.

And the seven angels who had the seven plagues came out of the Temple, clothed in pure and bright linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

And therefore, four beasts gave the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, Who lives for evermore.

And the Temple was full of the smoke of the Glory of God and of His power. And no one was able to enter into the Temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
