  48. The Christian’s Walk

    So I say this, and affirm in the Lord, that you are to no longer walk just as the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their minds,

  54. Take care that no one keeps defrauding you of your prize by delighting in humility and the worship of the angels, taking his stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind,

  65. Come close to God and He will come close to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
  66. Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, set your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
  67. And I will also be diligent that at any time after my departure you will be able to call these things to mind.
  68. Purpose of This Letter

    Beloved, this is now the second letter I am writing to you in which I am stirring up your sincere mind by way of a reminder,
  69. These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit.
  70. And I will kill her children with plague, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.
  71. Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains upon which the woman sits,
