    Now many signs and wonders were regularly done among the people by the hands of the apostles. And they were all together in Solomon's Portico.

  20. For before these days Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody, and a number of men, about four hundred, joined him. He was killed, and all who followed him were dispersed and came to nothing.
  21. After him Judas the Galilean rose up in the days of the census and drew away some of the people after him. He too perished, and all who followed him were scattered.
  22. And gazing at him, all who sat in the council saw that his face was like the face of an angel.
  23. and rescued him out of all his afflictions and gave him favor and wisdom before Pharaoh, king of Egypt, who made him ruler over Egypt and over all his household.
  24. Now there came a famine throughout all Egypt and Canaan, and great affliction, and our fathers could find no food.
  25. And Joseph sent and summoned Jacob his father and all his kindred, seventy-five persons in all.
