Zechariah 14:19-21

¹⁹That will be the punishment for Egypt, and for any other nation that does not come to celebrate the Festival of Shelters.

²⁰At that time even the harnesses on the horses will have the label, holy to the lord.^[a] And all the pots used in the Lord’s Temple will be just as important as the bowls used at the altar. ²¹In fact, every dish in Jerusalem and Judah will have the label, holy to the lord all-powerful. All the people offering sacrifices will come, take those dishes, and cook their special meals in them.

At that time there will not be any merchants buying and selling things^[b] in the Temple of the Lord All-Powerful.

Zechariah 14:20 Holy to the Lord These words were written on everything that was used in the Temple. This showed that these things belonged to the Lord, and that they could be used only for special purposes. Dishes with this labels could be used only by the priests in a holy place.

New International Version

¹⁹This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.^(A)

²⁰On that day holy to the Lord^(B) will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, and the cooking pots^(C) in the Lord’s house will be like the sacred bowls^(D) in front of the altar. ²¹Every pot in Jerusalem and Judah will be holy^(E) to the Lord Almighty, and all who come to sacrifice will take some of the pots and cook in them. And on that day^(F) there will no longer be a Canaanite^[a]^(G) in the house^(H) of the Lord Almighty.^(I)
