2 For I can attest that they have a fervent heart for God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they are ignorant of the righteousness that is admitted before God, and go about to establish their own righteousness, and therefore give no heed to the righteousness that is of value before God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law, to justify all who believe.

2 For I can testify about them that they are zealous(A) for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge. 3 Since they did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.(B) 4 Christ is the culmination of the law(C) so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.(D)
