⁴ And ^(A)the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who was seated on the throne, saying, “Amen. Hallelujah!”

¹⁴ And the four living creatures ^(A)said, “Amen!” and the elders ^(B)fell down and worshiped.

⁶ And Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God, and all the people answered, ^(A)“Amen, Amen,” ^(B)lifting up their hands. ^(C)And they bowed their heads and worshiped the Lord with their faces to the ground.

Rejoicing in Heaven

19 After this I heard ^(A)what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out,

⁷ And one of ^(A)the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven ^(B)golden bowls full of the wrath of God ^(C)who lives forever and ever,

The Seventh Trumpet

¹⁵ Then ^(A)the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and ^(B)there were loud voices in heaven, saying, ^(C)“The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of ^(D)his Christ, and ^(E)he shall reign forever and ever.” ¹⁶ And the twenty-four elders ^(F)who sit on their thrones before God ^(G)fell on their faces and worshiped God,

⁸ And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders ^(A)fell down before the Lamb, ^(B)each holding a harp, and ^(C)golden bowls full of incense, ^(D)which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they sang ^(E)a new song, saying,

¹¹ Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering ^(J)myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands,

⁴ Around the throne were ^(A)twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, ^(B)clothed in white garments, with ^(C)golden crowns on their heads. ⁵ From the throne came ^(D)flashes of lightning, and rumblings^[a] and peals of thunder, and before the throne were burning ^(E)seven torches of fire, ^(F)which are the seven spirits of God, ⁶ and before the throne there was ^(G)as it were a sea of glass, like crystal.

And around the throne, on each side of the throne, are ^(H)four living creatures, ^(I)full of eyes in front and behind: ^7 (J)the first living creature like a lion, the second living creature like an ox, the third living creature with the face of a man, and the fourth living creature like an eagle in flight. ⁸ And the four living creatures, ^(K)each of them with six wings, are ^(L)full of eyes all around and within, and ^(M)day and night they never cease to say,

⁹ And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who is seated on the throne, ^(P)who lives forever and ever, ¹⁰ the twenty-four elders ^(Q)fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast ^(R)their crowns before the throne, saying,
