^8 (A)Good and ^(B)upright is Yahweh;
Therefore He ^(C)instructs sinners in the way.

⁹ May He ^(D)lead the ^[a]humble in justice,
And may He ^(E)teach the ^[b]humble His way.

⁶ In all your ways ^[a](A)acknowledge Him,
And He will ^(B)make your paths straight.

^8 (A)And a ^[a]roadway will be there, ^(B)a highway,
And it will be called the Highway of ^(C)Holiness.
The unclean will not pass by on it,
But it will be for him who walks in that way,
And ^(D)ignorant fools will not wander on it.
⁹ No ^(E)lion will be there,
Nor will any vicious beast go up on it;
^[b]These will not be found there.
But ^(F)the redeemed will walk there,

¹⁶ I will ^(A)lead the blind by a way they do not know,
In paths they do not know I will guide them.
I will ^(B)make darkness into light before them
And ^(C)rugged places into plains.
These are the things I will do,
And I will ^(D)not forsake them.”
