16 (A)In proportion to the [a]extent of the years you shall increase its price, and in proportion to the fewness of the years you shall diminish its price, for it is the number of crops it produces that he is selling to you. 17 So (B)you shall not mistreat one another, but you shall [b]fear your God; for I am Yahweh your God.
18 ‘You shall thus observe My statutes and keep My judgments, so as to do them, that (C)you may live securely on the land.

16 When the years are many, you are to increase the price, and when the years are few, you are to decrease the price,(A) because what is really being sold to you is the number of crops. 17 Do not take advantage of each other,(B) but fear your God.(C) I am the Lord your God.(D)
18 “‘Follow my decrees and be careful to obey my laws,(E) and you will live safely in the land.(F)
