⁴ I will send you rain^(A) in its season,^(B) and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit.^(C)

¹² “The seed will grow well, the vine will yield its fruit,^(A) the ground will produce its crops,^(B) and the heavens will drop their dew.^(C) I will give all these things as an inheritance^(D) to the remnant of this people.^(E)

³⁰ I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine.^(A)

²⁶ I will make them and the places surrounding my hill a blessing.^[a](A) I will send down showers in season;^(B) there will be showers of blessing.^{(C) 27} The trees will yield their fruit^(D) and the ground will yield its crops;^(E) the people will be secure^(F) in their land. They will know that I am the Lord, when I break the bars of their yoke^(G) and rescue them from the hands of those who enslaved them.^(H)

²³ He will also send you rain^(A) for the seed you sow in the ground, and the food that comes from the land will be rich^(B) and plentiful.^(C) In that day^(D) your cattle will graze in broad meadows.^(E)

¹² The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse^(A) of his bounty,^(B) to send rain^(C) on your land in season and to bless^(D) all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.^(E)
