⁸ Who alone ^(A)stretches out the heavens,
And ^[a](B)tramples down the waves of the sea;

² Wrapping Yourself with ^(A)light as with a cloak,
^(B)Stretching out the heavens like a tent curtain.

“I, Yahweh, am the maker of all things,
^(C)Stretching out the heavens by Myself
And spreading out the earth ^[a]all alone,

¹² It is I who ^(A)made the earth and created man upon it.
I ^(B)stretched out the heavens with My hands,
And I commanded ^(C)all their host.

¹² It is ^(A)He who made the earth by His power,
Who ^(B)established the world by His wisdom;
And by His understanding He has ^(C)stretched out the heavens.
