⁵ Thus says the God, Yahweh,

¹⁸ For thus says Yahweh, who ^(A)created the heavens (He is the God who ^(B)formed the earth and made it; He established it and did not create it ^[a]a ^(C)formless place, but formed it to be ^(D)inhabited),

⁵ “^(A)I have made the earth, the men, and the animals which are on the face of the earth ^(B)by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and I will ^(C)give it to the one who is right in My eyes.
