²² It is He who ^[a]inhabits above the ^[b](A)circle of the earth,
And its inhabitants are like ^(B)grasshoppers;
It is He who ^(C)stretches out the heavens like a ^(D)curtain
And spreads them out like a ^(E)tent to inhabit.

¹³ That you have ^(A)forgotten Yahweh your Maker,
Who ^(B)stretched out the heavens
And laid the foundations of the earth,
That you ^(C)tremble in dread continually all day long because of the wrath of the one who brings distress,
As he makes ready to bring ruin?
But where is the wrath of the ^(D)one who brings distress?
