⁴ and say to him, ‘Take care and stay ^(A)quiet, have no ^(B)fear and ^(C)do not be fainthearted because of these two stubs of smoldering ^(D)firebrands, on account of the burning anger of Rezin and Aram and the ^(E)son of Remaliah.

²⁴ Therefore thus says Lord Yahweh of hosts, “O My people who inhabit ^(A)Zion, ^(B)do not fear the Assyrian ^[a]who ^(C)strikes you with the rod and lifts up his staff against you, the way Egypt did.
