⁴ But with ^(A)righteousness He will judge the ^(B)poor,
And decide with uprightness for the ^(C)afflicted of the earth;
And He will strike the earth with the ^(D)rod of His mouth,
And with the ^(E)breath of His lips He will put the wicked to death.

¹⁹ The ^(A)afflicted also will increase their gladness in Yahweh,
And the ^(B)needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

⁷ As for a rogue, his weapons are evil;
He ^(A)counsels wicked schemes
To ^(B)wreak destruction on the afflicted with lying words,
^(C)Even though the needy one speaks justly.
