¹³ And in that day^(A) a great trumpet^(B) will sound. Those who were perishing in Assyria and those who were exiled^(C) in Egypt^(D) will come and worship^(E) the Lord on the holy mountain^(F) in Jerusalem.

³¹ And he will send his angels^(A) with a loud trumpet call,^(B) and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

⁹ Then have the trumpet^(A) sounded everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month;^(B) on the Day of Atonement^(C) sound the trumpet throughout your land.

²² But you have come to Mount Zion,^(A) to the city^(B) of the living God,^(C) the heavenly Jerusalem.^(D) You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly,

²³ In that day^(A) there will be a highway^(B) from Egypt to Assyria.^(C) The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship^(D) together. ²⁴ In that day^(E) Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria,^(F) a blessing^[a](G) on the earth. ²⁵ The Lord Almighty will bless^(H) them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my people,^(I) Assyria my handiwork,^(J) and Israel my inheritance.^(K)”

²¹ “Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming^(A) when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.^{(B) 22} You Samaritans worship what you do not know;^(C) we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews.^{(D) 23} Yet a time is coming and has now come^(E) when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit^(F) and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. ²⁴ God is spirit,^(G) and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

¹⁶ Then the survivors^(A) from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship^(B) the King,^(C) the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.^(D)
