¹⁴ Are they not all ministering spirits ^(A)sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to ^(B)inherit salvation?

The Parable of the Lost Sheep

¹⁰ “See that you do not despise ^(A)one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven ^(B)their angels always ^(C)see the face of my Father who is in heaven.^[a]

²³ For this very night ^(A)there ^(B)stood before me ^(C)an angel of the God ^(D)to whom I belong and ^(E)whom I worship,

^3 (A)About the ninth hour of the day^{[a] (B)}he saw clearly in a vision ^(C)an angel of God come in and say to him, “Cornelius.” ⁴ And he stared at him in terror and said, “What is it, Lord?” And he said to him, “Your prayers and your alms ^(D)have ascended ^(E)as a memorial before God.

¹⁹ But during the night ^(A)an angel of the Lord ^(B)opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said,

²² The poor man died and was carried by ^(A)the angels ^(B)to Abraham's side.^[a] The rich man also died and was buried,

¹⁹ And the angel answered him, “I am ^(A)Gabriel. ^(B)I stand in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.
