²⁶ And above the expanse over their heads there was ^(A)the likeness of a throne, ^(B)in appearance ^(C)like sapphire;^[a] and seated above the likeness of a throne was ^(D)a likeness with a human appearance.

The Glory of the Lord Leaves the Temple

10 Then I looked, and behold, ^(A)on the expanse that was over the heads of the cherubim there appeared above them something ^(B)like a sapphire,^[a] in appearance like a throne.

¹⁰ and they ^(A)saw the God of Israel. There was under his feet as it were a pavement of ^(B)sapphire stone, like the very heaven for clearness.

¹³ and in the midst of the lampstands ^(A)one like ^(B)a son of man, ^(C)clothed with a long robe and ^(D)with a golden sash around his chest.

¹⁸ Again ^(A)one having the appearance of a man ^(B)touched me and strengthened me.

²² Over the heads of the living creatures there was ^(A)the likeness of an expanse, shining like awe-inspiring ^(B)crystal, spread out above their heads.

Judgment Before the Great White Throne

¹¹ Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence ^(A)earth and sky fled away, and ^(B)no place was found for them.

The Harvest of the Earth

¹⁴ Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one ^(A)like a son of man, ^(B)with a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand.

² At once ^(A)I was in the Spirit, and behold, ^(B)a throne stood in heaven, with one seated on the throne. ³ And he who sat there had the appearance of ^(C)jasper and carnelian, and around the throne was ^(D)a rainbow that had the appearance of an emerald.
