²⁷ And he will make a ^[a]firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will make sacrifice and grain offering cease; and on the wing of ^[b](A)abominations will come one who ^[c]makes desolate, even until a ^(B)complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who ^[d]makes desolate.”

³¹ Mighty forces from him will stand, ^(A)profane the sanctuary fortress, and abolish the regular sacrifice. And they will set up the ^(B)abomination ^[a]of desolation.

¹¹ But from the time that the regular sacrifice is abolished and the ^[a](A)abomination of desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.
