²¹ Tychicus,^(A) the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. ²² I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are,^(B) and that he may encourage you.^(C)

²³ Peace^(D) to the brothers and sisters,^[a] and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

⁴ He was accompanied by Sopater son of Pyrrhus from Berea, Aristarchus^(A) and Secundus from Thessalonica,^(B) Gaius^(C) from Derbe, Timothy^(D) also, and Tychicus^(E) and Trophimus^(F) from the province of Asia.^(G)

Final Remarks

¹² As soon as I send Artemas or Tychicus^(A) to you, do your best to come to me at Nicopolis, because I have decided to winter there.^(B)

⁹ He is coming with Onesimus,^(A) our faithful and dear brother, who is one of you.^(B) They will tell you everything that is happening here.

4 This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as servants^(A) of Christ and as those entrusted^(B) with the mysteries^(C) God has revealed. ² Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. ³ I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself. ⁴ My conscience^(D) is clear, but that does not make me innocent.^(E) It is the Lord who judges me.^(F)

¹² Epaphras,^(A) who is one of you^(B) and a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings. He is always wrestling in prayer for you,^(C) that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature^(D) and fully assured.

²⁵ But I think it is necessary to send back to you Epaphroditus, my brother, co-worker^(A) and fellow soldier,^(B) who is also your messenger, whom you sent to take care of my needs.^(C)
