5 接著，我看見坐在寶座上的那位右手拿著一卷內外寫著字、用七個印封住的書。 2 有一位大力天使高聲問道：「誰有資格揭開那七個封印，打開那卷書？」 3 可是，天上、地上、甚至地底下都沒有人有資格揭開並閱讀那卷書。 4 我見無人有資格揭開並閱讀那卷書，便放聲大哭。 5 有一位長老對我說：「不要哭。你看，猶大支派的獅子、大衛的根已經得勝了！祂能揭開那七個封印，打開那卷書。」
6 我又看到寶座、四個活物和眾長老之間站著一隻好像是被宰殺過的羔羊。祂身上的七隻角和七隻眼睛代表奉差遣到普天下去的上帝的七靈。 7 那羔羊走上前去，從坐在寶座上的那位右手中接過書卷。 8 祂拿過書卷後，四個活物和二十四位長老就俯伏在羔羊面前，各拿著豎琴和盛滿了香的金香爐。那些香就是眾聖徒的祈禱。 9 他們唱著一首新歌：
「你配拿書卷並揭開封印，
因你曾被殺，
用你的血從各部落、各語言族群、各民族、各國家，
將人買贖回來歸給上帝。

他們要在地上執掌王權。」
11 我看見寶座、四個活物和眾長老的周圍有千千萬萬的天使，又聽見他們高聲呼喊： 12 「那被殺的羔羊配得權柄、財富、智慧、能力、尊貴、榮耀和頌讚！」
13 我又聽到天上、地上、地底下和海洋中一切被造之物同聲說：「願頌讚、尊貴、榮耀和權柄都歸於坐在寶座上的那位和羔羊，直到永永遠遠！」 14 四個活物就說：「阿們！」眾長老也俯伏敬拜。

5 (A)И видях в десницата на Оногова, Който седеше на престола, книга, написана отвътре и отвън, запечатана със седем печата.
2 И видях силен Ангел, който викаше с висок глас: кой е достоен да разгърне книгата и да снеме печатите ѝ?
3 И никой не можеше, нито на небето, нито на земята, нито под земята, да разгърне книгата, нито да я гледа.
4 И аз плаках много, че никой се не намери достоен да разгърне и прочете тая книга, нито да я гледа.
5 (B)И един от старците ми рече: не плачи; ето, лъвът, който е от Иудиното коляно, коренът Давидов, победи и може да разгърне книгата и да снеме седемте ѝ печата.
6 (C)Погледнах, и ето, сред престола и четирите животни и сред старците стоеше Агнец, като заклан, със седем рога и седем очи, които са седемте духове Божии, разпратени по цялата земя.
7 Той дойде и взе книгата от десницата на Оногова, Който седеше на престола.

12 които говореха с висок глас: достоен е закланият Агнец да приеме силата и богатството, премъдростта и могъществото, честта, славата и благословението.
13 (G)И всяко създание на небето и на земята, под земята и в морето, и всичко, що е в тях, чувах да говори: на Оногова, Който седи на престола, и на Агнеца – благословение и чест, слава и владичество вовеки веков.

5 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
