³ and when he saw ^(A)that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded to arrest Peter also. This was during ^(B)the days of Unleavened Bread.

^15 (A)You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread. As I commanded you, you shall eat unleavened bread for seven days at the appointed time in the month of ^(B)Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt. ^(C)None shall appear before me empty-handed.

²⁷ When two years had elapsed, Felix was succeeded by Porcius ^(A)Festus. And ^(B)desiring to do the Jews a favor, ^(C)Felix left Paul in prison.

^43 (A)for they loved the glory that comes from man more than the glory that comes from God.

⁶ And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the Lord; for seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. ^7 (A)On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall not do any ordinary work. ⁸ But you shall present a food offering to the Lord for seven days. On the seventh day is a holy convocation; you shall not do any ordinary work.”

The Feast of Firstfruits

⁹ And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, ¹⁰ “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, ^(B)When you come into the land that I give you and reap its harvest, you shall bring the sheaf of ^(C)the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest, ¹¹ and he shall ^(D)wave the sheaf before the Lord, so that you may be accepted. On the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. ¹² And on the day when you ^(E)wave the sheaf, you shall offer a ^(F)male lamb a year old without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord. ^13 (G)And the grain offering with it shall be two tenths of an ephah^[a] of fine flour mixed with oil, a food offering to the Lord with a pleasing aroma, ^(H)and the drink offering with it shall be of wine, a fourth of a hin.^{[b] 14} And you shall eat neither bread nor grain ^(I)parched or ^(J)fresh until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
