⁷ Now then, let the fear of the Lord be upon you. Be careful what you do, for ^(A)there is no injustice with the Lord our God, ^(B)or partiality or taking bribes.”

²⁵ Far be it from you to do such a thing, to put the righteous to death with the wicked, ^(A)so that the righteous fare as the wicked! Far be that from you! ^(B)Shall not the Judge of all the earth do what is just?”

¹¹ For ^(A)God shows no partiality.

¹⁴ What shall we say then? ^(A)Is there injustice on God's part? By no means!

¹⁷ For the Lord your God is ^(A)God of gods and ^(B)Lord of lords, ^(C)the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who is ^(D)not partial and takes no bribe. ^18 (E)He executes justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the sojourner, giving him food and clothing.

²⁵ For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no partiality.

³⁴ So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that ^(A)God ^(B)shows no partiality,

Justice

¹⁸ “You shall appoint ^(A)judges and officers in all your towns that the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment. ^19 (B)You shall not pervert justice. ^(C)You shall not show partiality, ^(D)and you shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of the righteous.
