3 ثُمَّ أَرَانِي الرَّبُّ يَهُوشَعَ رَئِيسَ الْكَهَنَةِ وَاقِفاً فِي حَضْرَةِ مَلاكِ الرَّبِّ، وَعَنْ يَمِينِهِ يَنْتَصِبُ الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُقَاوِمَهُ. 2 فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ لِلشَّيْطَانِ: «إِنَّ الرَّبَّ يَنْتَهِرُكَ يَا شَيْطَانُ، الرَّبُّ الَّذِي اصْطَفَى أُورُشَلِيمَ يَنْتَهِرُكَ، أَلَيْسَ هَذَا الرَّجُلُ كَحَطَبَةٍ مُشْتَعِلَةٍ انْتُشِلَتْ مِنَ النَّارِ؟»
3 وَكَانَ يَهُوشَعُ آنَئِذٍ وَاقِفاً فِي حَضْرَةِ الْمَلاكِ مُرْتَدِياً ثِيَاباً قَذِرَةً. 4 فَقَالَ الْمَلاكُ لِلْمَاثِلِينَ فِي حَضْرَتِهِ: «اخْلَعُوا عَنْهُ هَذِهِ الثِّيَابَ الْقَذِرَةَ». ثُمَّ قَالَ لِيَهُوشَعَ: «انْظُرْ، هَا أَنَا قَدْ أَزَلْتُ عَنْكَ إِثْمَكَ وَكَسَوْتُكَ ثَوْباً جَدِيداً». 5 ثُمَّ أَضَافَ: «ضَعُوا عِمَامَةً طَاهِرَةً عَلَى رَأْسِهِ». فَوَضَعُوا الْعِمَامَةَ الطَّاهِرَةَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَكَسَوْهُ ثِيَاباً بَهِيَّةً، وَمَلاكُ الرَّبِّ مَا بَرِحَ وَاقِفاً. 6 وَأَشْهَدَ مَلاكُ الرَّبِّ عَلَى يَهُوشَعَ قَائِلاً: 7 «هَذَا مَا يَقُولُهُ الرَّبُّ الْقَدِيرُ: إِنْ سَلَكْتَ فِي طَرِيقِي وَأَطَعْتَ أَوَامِرِي، فَأَنْتَ أَيْضاً تَتَوَلَّى شُؤُونَ هَيْكَلِي وَتُحَافِظُ عَلَى دِيَارِي، وَأَمْنَحُكَ مَقَاماً بَيْنَ هَؤُلاءِ الْمَاثِلِينَ فِي حَضْرَتِي. 8 فَأَصْغِ يَا يَهُوشَعُ رَئِيسُ الْكَهَنَةِ أَنْتَ وَسَائِرُ رِفَاقِكَ الْكَهَنَةِ الْجَالِسِينَ أَمَامَكَ. أَنْتُمْ رِجَالُ آيَةٍ وَهَا أَنَا آتِي بِعَبْدِي الَّذِي يُدْعَى الْغُصْنُ. 9 هَا هُوَ الْحَجَرُ الَّذِي وَضَعْتُهُ أَمَامَ يَهُوشَعَ، تَحْرُسُهُ سَبْعُ أَعْيُنٍ، قَدْ شَذَّبْتُهُ تَشْذِيباً وَكَتَبْتُ عَلَيْهِ»، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ الْقَدِيرُ: «وَأُزِيلُ إِثْمَ هَذِهِ الأَرْضِ فِي يَوْمٍ وَاحِدٍ». 10 وَيَقُولُ الرَّبُّ الْقَدِيرُ: «فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ يَدْعُو كُلٌّ مِنْكُمْ صَدِيقَهُ لِيَسْتَرِيحَ تَحْتَ كَرْمَتِهِ وَفِي ظِلِّ تِينَتِهِ».

3 Poi mi fece vedere il sommo sacerdote Giosuè, che stava ritto davanti all'angelo dell'Eterno, e Satana che stava alla sua destra per accusarlo.
2 L'Eterno disse a Satana: «Ti sgridi l'Eterno, o Satana! Sí, l'Eterno che ha scelto Gerusalemme ti sgridi! Non è forse costui un tizzone strappato dal fuoco?».
3 Or Giosuè era vestito di vesti sudicie e stava ritto davanti all'angelo,
4 il quale prese a dire a quelli che gli stavano davanti: «Toglietegli di dosso quelle vesti sudicie!». Poi disse a lui: «Guarda, ho fatto scomparire da te la tua iniquità e ti farò indossare abiti magnifici».
5 Io quindi dissi: «Mettano sul suo capo un turbante puro». Cosí essi gli misero in capo un turbante puro e gli fecero indossare delle vesti, mentre l'Angelo dell'Eterno era là presente.
6 E l'Angelo dell'Eterno ammoní solennemente Giosuè dicendo:
7 «Cosí dice l'Eterno degli eserciti: Se camminerai nelle mie vie e osserverai la mia legge, anche tu governerai la mia casa e custodirai i miei cortili, e io ti darò libero accesso fra quelli che stanno qui.
8 Ascolta dunque, o Giosuè, sommo sacerdote, tu e i tuoi compagni che siedono davanti a te, perché essi sono uomini di presagio, Ecco, io faccio venire il mio servo, il Germoglio,
9 Ecco la pietra che ho posto davanti a Giosuè: su quest'unica pietra ci sono sette occhi; ecco, io inciderò la sua iscrizione», dice l'Eterno degli eserciti, «e rimuoverò l'iniquità di questo paese in un sol giorno.
10 In quel giorno», dice l'Eterno degli eserciti, «ognuno di voi inviterà il suo vicino sotto la sua vite e sotto il suo fico»,

3 ثُمَّ أرَانِي المَلَاكُ يَشُوعَ رَئِيسَ الكَهَنَةِ وَاقِفًا أمَامَ مَلَاكِ اللهِ. وَكَانَ المُشتَكِي يَقِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِ يَشُوعَ لِيَشْتَكِيَ عَلَيْهِ. 2 وَقَالَ مَلَاكُ اللهِ لِلشَّيطَانِ: «لِيَنْتَهِرْكَ اللهُ يَا شَيطَانُ. لِيَنْتَهِرْكَ اللهُ الَّذِي اخْتَارَ مَدينَتَهُ القُدْسَ. ألَيْسَ يَشْوعُ هَذَا كقِطعَةِ خَشَبٍ انتُشِلِتْ مِنَ النَّارِ؟»
3 كَانَ يَشُوعُ وَاقِفًا أمَامَ المَلَاكِ وَهُوَ يَرْتَدِي ثِيَابًا قَذِرَةً. 4 فَقَالَ المَلَاكُ لِلوَاقِفِينَ أمَامَهُ: «اخلَعُوا عَنْهُ ثِيَابَهُ القَذِرَةَ.» وَقَالَ المَلَاكُ لِيَشُوعَ: «هَا إنِّي قَدْ أزَلْتُ عَنْكَ خَطِيَّتَكَ، وَسَأُلبِسُكَ ثِيَابًا كَهَنُوتِيَّةً.»
5 ثُمَّ قَالَ: «ألبِسُوهُ عِمَامَةً طَاهِرَةً عَلَى رَأسِهِ.» فَوَضَعُوا عِمَامَةً طَاهِرَةً عَلَى رَأسِهِ، وَألبَسُوهُ ثِيَابًا جَدِيدَةً، بَيْنَمَا مَلَاكُ اللهِ كَانَ يَقِفُ هُنَاكَ.
6 ثُمَّ شَهِدَ مَلَاكُ اللهِ لِيَشُوعَ، فَقَالَ:
7 هَذَا هُوَ مَا يَقُولُهُ اللهُ القَدِيرُ:
«إنْ تَبِعتَنِي وَأطَعْتَ وَصَايَايَ،
فَإنَّكَ سَتُشْرِفُ عَلَى هَيْكَلي،
وَتَكُونُ مَسؤُولًا عَنْ سَاحَاتِي.
وَسَأُعْطِيكَ حَقَّ الوُقُوفِ وَسَطَ هَؤُلَاءِ المَلَائِكَةِ الوَاقِفِينَ هُنَا.
8 اسمَعْ يَا يَشُوعُ، يَا رَئِيسَ الكَهَنَةِ،
أنْتَ وَشُرَكَاؤُكَ الجَالِسُونَ أمَامِي،
لِأنَّكُمْ رُمُوزٌ لِإظهَارِ مَا سَيَحْدُثُ
حِينَ سَآتِي بِخَادِمِي ‹الغُصْنِ.›
9 فَهَا هُوَ الحَجَرُ الكَريمُ الَّذِي وَضَعْتُهُ أمَامَ يَشُوعَ.
وَلِهَذَا الحَجَرِ سَبْعَةُ جَوَانِبَ،[a]
وَسَأنقُشُ عَلَيْهِ نَقْشًا،
يُقُولُ إنِّي سَأُزِيلُ شَرَّ تِلْكَ الأرْضِ فِي يَوْمٍ وَاحِدٍ.»
يَقُولُ اللهُ القَدِيرُ.
10 يَقُولُ اللهُ القَدِيرُ:
«فِي ذَلِكَ الوَقْتِ،
سَيَدْعُو كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْكُمْ صَاحِبَهُ
لِيَجْلِسَ تَحْتَ دَوَالِي العِنَبِ،
وَتَحْتَ أشْجَارِ التِّينِ.»

Clean Garments for the High Priest
3 Then he showed me Joshua(A) the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan[a](B) standing at his right side to accuse him. 2 The Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you,(C) Satan! The Lord, who has chosen(D) Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is not this man a burning stick(E) snatched from the fire?”(F)
3 Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel. 4 The angel said to those who were standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes.”
Then he said to Joshua, “See, I have taken away your sin,(G) and I will put fine garments(H) on you.”
5 Then I said, “Put a clean turban(I) on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the Lord stood by.
6 The angel of the Lord gave this charge to Joshua: 7 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘If you will walk in obedience to me and keep my requirements,(J) then you will govern my house(K) and have charge(L) of my courts, and I will give you a place among these standing here.(M)
8 “‘Listen, High Priest(N) Joshua, you and your associates seated before you, who are men symbolic(O) of things to come: I am going to bring my servant, the Branch.(P) 9 See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua!(Q) There are seven eyes[b](R) on that one stone,(S) and I will engrave an inscription on it,’ says the Lord Almighty, ‘and I will remove the sin(T) of this land in a single day.
10 “‘In that day each of you will invite your neighbor to sit(U) under your vine and fig tree,(V)’ declares the Lord Almighty.”
