天国里谁最大(A)
18 当时，门徒前来问耶稣：“天国里谁是最大的？” 2 耶稣叫一个小孩子来，让他站在他们当中， 3 说：“我实在告诉你们，你们若不回转，变成像小孩子一样，绝不能进天国。 4 所以，凡自己谦卑像这小孩子的，他在天国里就是最大的。 5 凡为我的名接纳一个像这小孩子的，就是接纳我。”
拒绝罪的诱惑(B)
6 “凡使这些信我的小子中的一个跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在这人的颈项上，沉在深海里。 7 这世界有祸了，因为它使人跌倒；绊倒人的事是免不了的，但那绊倒人的有祸了！ 8 如果你一只手或是一只脚使你跌倒，就把它砍下来扔掉。你缺一只手或是一只脚进入永生，比有两手两脚被扔进永火里还好。 9 如果你一只眼使你跌倒，就把它挖出来扔掉。你只有一只眼进入永生，比有两只眼被扔进地狱的火里还好。”
迷羊的比喻(C)
10 “你们要小心，不可轻看这些小子中的一个；我告诉你们，他们的天使在天上，常见我天父的面。[a]
12 “一个人若有一百只羊，其中一只走迷了路，你们的意见如何？他岂不留下这九十九只在山上，去找那只迷路的羊吗？ 13 若是找到了，我实在告诉你们，他为这一只羊欢喜，比为那没有迷路的九十九只欢喜还大呢！ 14 你们[b]在天上的父也是这样，不愿意失去这些小子中的一个。”
如何对待有过错的弟兄
15 “若是你的弟兄得罪你[c]，你要去，趁着只有他和你在一起的时候，指出他的错来。他若听你，你就赢得了你的弟兄； 16 他若不听，你就另外带一个或两个人同去，因为‘任何指控都要凭两个或三个证人的口述才能成立’。 17 他若是不听他们，就去告诉教会；若是不听教会，就把他看作外邦人和税吏。
18 “我实在告诉你们，凡你们在地上所捆绑的，在天上也要捆绑；凡你们在地上所释放的，在天上也要释放。 19 我又实在[d]告诉你们，若是你们中间有两个人在地上同心合意地求什么事，我在天上的父必为他们成全。 20 因为，哪里有两三个人奉我的名聚会，哪里就有我在他们中间。”
不饶恕人的恶仆
21 那时，彼得进前来，对耶稣说：“主啊，我弟兄得罪我，我当饶恕他几次呢？到七次够吗？” 22 耶稣说：“我告诉你，不是到七次，而是到七十个七次。 23 因为天国好像一个王要和他仆人算账。 24 他开始算的时候，有人带了一个欠一万他连得的仆人来。 25 因为他没有什么偿还之物，主人下令把他和他妻子儿女，以及一切所有的都卖了来偿还。 26 那仆人就俯伏向他叩头，说：‘宽容我吧，我都会还你的。’ 27 那仆人的主人就动了慈心，把他释放了，并且免了他的债。 28 那仆人出来，遇见一个欠他一百个银币的同伴，就揪着他，扼住他的喉咙，说：‘把你所欠的还我！’ 29 他的同伴就俯伏央求他，说：‘宽容我吧，我会还你的。’ 30 他不肯，却把他下在监里，直到他还了所欠的债。 31 同伴们看见他所做的事就很悲愤，把这一切的事都告诉了主人。 32 于是主人叫了他来，对他说：‘你这恶奴才！你央求我，我就把你所欠的都免了； 33 你不应该怜悯你的同伴，像我怜悯你吗？’ 34 主人就大怒，把他交给司刑的，直到他还清了所欠的债。 35 你们各人若不从心里饶恕你的弟兄，我天父也要这样待你们。”

天國裡誰最偉大
18 這時，門徒上前來，問耶穌：「在天國誰最偉大？」
2 耶穌叫了一個小孩子來站在他們當中，然後說： 3 「我實在告訴你們，你們若不變得像小孩子那樣，絕不能進天國。 4 所以，凡像這小孩子一樣謙卑的人，在天國才是最偉大的。
5 「任何人為了我的名而接待這樣一個小孩子，就是接待了我。 6 但不論誰使這樣一個小信徒失足犯罪，他的下場比把大磨石拴在他脖子上沉到深海裡還要慘。 7 這世界有禍了！因為裡面充滿了引人犯罪的事。這樣的事是免不了的，但那些引人犯罪的人有禍了！
8 「如果你的手或腳使你犯罪，就砍掉它！因為肢體殘缺著進入永生，總比四肢健全卻被丟進永遠不滅的火中好。 9 如果你的一隻眼睛使你犯罪，就剜出來丟掉它吧！獨眼進入永生，總比雙目健全卻被丟進地獄的火中好。 10 你們切不可輕視任何一位卑微的人。我告訴你們，他們的天使在天上常見我天父的面。
迷失的羊
11 「人子到世界來，為要拯救迷失的人。 12 如果一個人有一百隻羊，其中有一隻走迷了路，他會怎麼辦呢？難道不會把那九十九隻撇在山上，去找那隻迷失的羊嗎？ 13 我實在告訴你們，如果找到了，他會非常歡喜，甚至比有那九十九隻沒有迷失的羊還歡喜。 14 同樣，你們的天父也不願任何一個卑微的人失喪。
糾正信徒的過錯
15 「如果你的弟兄得罪了你，你要找個機會跟他單獨在一起，指出他的錯處。如果他肯接受勸告，你就得了一位弟兄。 16 如果他不聽勸告，你就帶一兩位弟兄去見他，讓兩三個人為談話作證。 17 如果他仍然不聽，就應當告訴教會。如果他連教會也不聽，就把他看作異教徒或稅吏[a]。 18 我實在告訴你們，你們在地上捆綁的，在天上也要捆綁；你們在地上釋放的，在天上也要釋放。
19 「我又告訴你們，如果你們當中有兩個人在地上同心合意地祈求，不論求什麼，我天上的父必為你們成就。 20 因為哪裡有兩三個人奉我的名聚會，我就在哪裡與他們同在。」
七十個七次
21 彼得上前問耶穌：「主啊，如果我的弟兄得罪了我，我該饒恕他多少次呢？七次夠了吧？」
22 耶穌回答說：「我告訴你，不是七次，是七十個七次。
23 「因此，天國就像一個王，他要跟奴僕清算債務。 24 正開始清算的時候，有人帶著一個欠了六千萬銀幣[b]的人進來。 25 因為這個人無法清還債款，王就下令把他及其妻兒和所有財產全部賣掉還債。 26 那奴僕跪在王面前乞求說，『請寬容我，我會把債務全部還清的。』 27 王可憐他，不但釋放了他，而且免了他全部的債。
28 「可是，那奴僕出去後，遇見一位欠他一百個銀幣[c]的同伴，就揪住同伴，掐著他的喉嚨說，『還我錢！』 29 同伴跪下哀求道，『請寬容我，我會還你的。』
30 「那奴僕卻不肯，竟把同伴送進監獄，直到他還清債務為止。 31 其他的奴僕目睹這一切，都憤憤不平，把這件事告訴了王。
32 「於是，王把那奴僕召來，說，『你這可惡的奴才！你哀求我，我就免了你所有的債。 33 難道你不應該憐憫你的同伴，就像我憐憫你一樣嗎？』 34 王大怒，下令把他交給獄卒受刑，直到他還清全部的債務。 35 如果你們不從心裡饒恕自己的弟兄，我的天父也要這樣對待你們。」

谁是最伟大的？
18 这时，门徒们走过来，问耶稣∶“天国里谁最伟大？” 2 耶稣招呼过来一个孩子，让他站在他们面前， 3 说∶“我实话告诉你们，除非你们内心变得像孩子一样，否则你们永远进不了天国。 4 谁像这个孩子一样谦卑，谁就是天国里最伟大的人。
5 “谁以我的名义接受像这个孩子的人，谁就是在接受我。
耶稣警告犯罪的原因
6 这些孩子相信我，如果有人导致他们其中的一个去犯罪，他就要遭殃了，那么最好是让他挂着磨盘沉到海底去。 7 我为这个世上的人感到惋惜，因为总有使人犯罪的事情发生。这些事情必然会发生，导致这些事情发生的人要有祸了。 8 如果你的手或脚使你犯罪，就把它们砍下来扔掉。对于你来说，与其四肢俱全地被投入永恒的地狱之火，不如舍弃身体的一部分而获永生； 9 如果你的眼睛使你犯罪，就把它挖出来扔掉。对于你来说，与其双目俱全地被投入地狱之火，不如独眼而得到永生。
迷途的羔羊的寓言
10 要当心，不要看不起这些小孩子，我告诉你们，在天堂里，他们的天使总是与天父同在。 11 [a]
12 “有人有一百只羊，其中的一只跑丢了，这个人会把另外九十九只羊留在山上，去寻找那只迷途的羊。 13 我实话告诉你们，一旦他找到了那只迷途的羔羊，他的喜悦会比他为那九十九只没有迷失的羊的喜悦还要大。 14 同样，你们的天父也不愿意这些孩子中的任何一个迷失。
纠正错误行为
15 如果你的兄弟亏待了你，你不要声张，只在你俩之间指出他的错误。如果他听得进你的话，你就挽救了你的兄弟； 16 如果他听不进你的话，你就要找一两个证人一同去见他，这样‘对他的每一项指控都会得到两三个人的证明。’ [b] 17 如果他还听不进他们的话，你就去告诉教会，如果他连教会的话也不听，那么你就要像对待非教徒或者税吏那样来对待他。
18 “我实话告诉你们，你们在地上所做的审判，就是上帝的审判；你们在地上许下的宽恕，就是上帝的宽恕。 [c]
19 “我实话告诉你们，你们在地上的人若有两人同心祈祷一件事，天父就会成全你们的。 20 这是因为只要有两三个信仰我的人聚在一起，我一定会在他们中间。”
原谅的故事
21 彼得走上前来问∶“主，如果我的兄弟不断地亏待我，我要原谅他几次呢？七次够吗？”
22 耶稣说∶“我告诉你，不只七次，而是七十个七次 [d]。
23 “天国就像一个国王，他要和他的奴仆清算帐目。 24 国王开始算帐了。一个欠了国王好几千块银币的人被带到他面前。 25 欠债人无钱还债，主人命令他卖掉他所有的一切，甚至他的妻子和儿女，好偿还债务。 26 这个奴仆跪在国王面前哀求∶‘请您宽容我吧，我一定会还清债款的。’ 27 国王可怜他，就免了他的债，把他放了。
28 “这个奴仆离开国王后，就去找另外一个与他一起当差的奴仆，那个奴仆欠了他一百个银币。他卡住那个奴仆的脖子说∶‘还我的钱！’
29 “那个奴仆跪在地上哀求说∶‘请宽容我吧，我一定还清欠你的钱。’ 30 可是第一个奴仆不答应，而是把他的同伴送进了监狱，不还清欠债，就不放他出来。 31 其他的奴仆们目睹这一切，非常难过，就去告诉主人发生的一切。
32 “于是，主人把第一个奴仆叫回来，对他说∶‘你这个恶奴。你欠了我那么多的钱，你求我可怜你，我就免了你的债务， 33 难道你不该像我可怜你一样，可怜你的同伴吗？’ 34 主人非常生气，就把这个奴仆投进监狱。他不还清所有的债务，就不放他出来。
35 “除非你们从心底里宽恕你们的兄弟，否则，天父就会像那个国王对待他的奴仆一样对待你们。”

The Greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven(A)
18 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
2 He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. 3 And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children,(B) you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.(C) 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.(D) 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.(E)
Causing to Stumble
6 “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.(F) 7 Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!(G) 8 If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble,(H) cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire. 9 And if your eye causes you to stumble,(I) gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.(J)
The Parable of the Wandering Sheep(K)
10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels(L) in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven. [11] [a]
12 “What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? 13 And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. 14 In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.
Dealing With Sin in the Church
15 “If your brother or sister[b] sins,[c] go and point out their fault,(M) just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over. 16 But if they will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’[d](N) 17 If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church;(O) and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.(P)
18 “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be[e] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[f] loosed in heaven.(Q)
19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them(R) by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”(S)
The Parable of the Unmerciful Servant
21 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me?(T) Up to seven times?”(U)
22 Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.[g](V)
23 “Therefore, the kingdom of heaven is like(W) a king who wanted to settle accounts(X) with his servants. 24 As he began the settlement, a man who owed him ten thousand bags of gold[h] was brought to him. 25 Since he was not able to pay,(Y) the master ordered that he and his wife and his children and all that he had be sold(Z) to repay the debt.
26 “At this the servant fell on his knees before him.(AA) ‘Be patient with me,’ he begged, ‘and I will pay back everything.’ 27 The servant’s master took pity on him, canceled the debt and let him go.
28 “But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred silver coins.[i] He grabbed him and began to choke him. ‘Pay back what you owe me!’ he demanded.
29 “His fellow servant fell to his knees and begged him, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay it back.’
30 “But he refused. Instead, he went off and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay the debt. 31 When the other servants saw what had happened, they were outraged and went and told their master everything that had happened.
32 “Then the master called the servant in. ‘You wicked servant,’ he said, ‘I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. 33 Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’ 34 In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.
35 “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.”(AB)
