耶穌死裡復活

24 週日黎明時分，幾位婦女帶著預備好的香料來到墳前， 2 發現墓口的大石頭已經滾到旁邊， 3 便進去，卻沒有看見主耶穌的遺體。 4 正在猜疑之間，突然有兩個衣服發光的人站在旁邊， 5 她們嚇得俯伏在地。那兩個人對她們說：「你們為什麼在死人中找活人呢？ 6 祂不在這裡，已經復活了！記住祂在加利利對你們說的話， 7 『人子必須被交在罪人的手中，被釘在十字架上，在第三天復活。』」

8 她們想起耶穌的話來， 9 便離開墓地回去把事情的經過告訴十一個使徒和其他人。 10 這些婦女就是抹大拉的瑪麗亞、約亞娜、雅各的母親瑪麗亞及其他人。

11 大家聽了都不相信，認為是無稽之談。 12 彼得卻起身跑到墓地，屈身往墓裡張望，只見細麻布在那裡，他便離開了，對發生的事大惑不解。

21 「我們一直希望祂就是要拯救以色列的那位。還有，今天是事發後的第三天， 22 我們當中有幾位婦女一早到耶穌的墳墓， 23 發現耶穌的遺體不見了，回來說天使曾向她們顯現並告訴她們耶穌已經復活了。

24 「後來我們有幾個人親自去墳墓察看，果然像她們所說的，耶穌的遺體不見了。」

25 耶穌對他們說：「無知的人啊！為什麼遲遲不肯相信先知的話呢？ 26 基督豈不是要先這樣受害，然後進入祂的榮耀嗎？」

27 耶穌接著從摩西和眾先知的記載開始，把有關自己的經文都向他們講解明白。

28 快到以馬忤斯村時，耶穌好像還要繼續前行。 29 他們極力挽留祂，說：「天快黑了，時候不早了，跟我們一同住宿吧。」耶穌就和他們一起進村住下。

30 吃飯的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝謝後，掰開遞給他們。 31 忽然他們眼睛明亮了，認出是耶穌。耶穌很快從他們眼前消失了。

32 二人彼此議論說：「一路上祂和我們說話、為我們解釋聖經的時候，我們心裡不是很火熱嗎？」 33 二人馬上趕回耶路撒冷，看到十一位使徒及其同伴正聚在一起談論： 34 「主真的復活了，祂向西門顯現了。」

35 二人也把路上發生的事以及掰餅時認出主的經過述說了一遍。

36 正說的時候，耶穌出現在他們中間，說：「願你們平安！」 37 他們又驚又怕，以為是看見了鬼魂。

38 耶穌說：「你們為什麼憂心忡忡？為什麼心存疑惑呢？ 39 你們看我的手和腳，就知道真的是我。來摸摸看，鬼魂沒有骨和肉，你們看！我有。」 40 說完，便伸出手和腳給他們看。

41 門徒又驚又喜，半信半疑。耶穌問：「你們這裡有吃的嗎？」 42 他們便給祂一片烤魚， 43 祂接過魚來在他們面前吃了。

44 耶穌對他們說：「我跟你們在一起的時候曾經說過，摩西的律法書、先知的書以及詩篇裡有關我的記載都要應驗。」 45 於是，耶穌開啟了他們的心竅，使他們明白這些經文， 46 又對他們說：「聖經上說，基督必受害，然後在第三天從死裡復活， 47 人們要奉祂的名傳揚悔改、赦罪的福音，從耶路撒冷一直傳遍萬國。

48 「你們是這些事的見證人， 49 我要把我父所應許的賜給你們。不過，你們要留在城裡，直到你們得到天上來的能力。」

耶穌升天

50 耶穌帶著門徒來到伯大尼附近，舉起雙手為他們祝福。 51 正祝福的時候，祂就離開了他們，被接到天上去了。 52 門徒都敬拜祂，然後歡歡喜喜地回到耶路撒冷。 53 他們常在聖殿裡讚美上帝。

24 Dar în prima zi a săptămânii, foarte de dimineaţă, ele au venit la mormânt, aducând miresmele pe care le pregătiseră. 2 Au găsit rostogolită piatra de la intrarea mormântului, 3 iar când au intrat, n-au găsit trupul Domnului Isus. 4 În timp ce erau înmărmurite din cauza acestui lucru, iată că doi bărbaţi în haine strălucitoare au stat lângă ele. 5 Îngrozite, ele şi-au plecat feţele la pământ. Dar ei le-au zis: „De ce-L căutaţi pe Cel Viu între cei morţi? 6 Nu este aici, ci a fost înviat! Aduceţi-vă aminte ce v-a spus pe când era încă în Galileea, 7 când zicea că Fiul Omului trebuie să fie trădat în mâinile păcătoşilor şi să fie răstignit, iar a treia zi să învie.“ 8 Şi ele şi-au adus aminte de cuvintele Lui.

9 Când s-au întors de la mormânt, i-au anunţat despre toate aceste lucruri pe cei unsprezece şi pe toţi ceilalţi. 10 Cele care le-au spus apostolilor aceste lucruri erau: Maria Magdalena, Ioana, Maria – mama lui Iacov – şi celelalte care erau împreună cu ele. 11 Însă cuvintele acestea li s-au părut basme şi nu le-au crezut pe femei. 12 Petru însă s-a ridicat şi a alergat la mormânt. Când s-a aplecat ca să se uite înăuntru, a văzut doar fâşiile de pânză. Apoi s-a întors acasă, mirat de ce s-a întâmplat.

Pe drumul spre Emaus

13 În aceeaşi zi, iată că doi dintre ei se duceau spre un sat numit Emaus, care era la o distanţă de şaizeci de stadii[a] de Ierusalim. 14 Aceştia vorbeau unul cu altul despre lucrurile care se întâmplaseră. 15 În timp ce vorbeau şi se întrebau, Isus Însuşi S-a apropiat şi mergea alături de ei. 16 Dar ochii lor erau împiedicaţi să-L recunoască. 17 El i-a întrebat:

– Ce vorbe sunt acestea pe care le schimbaţi între voi pe drum?

Ei s-au oprit, uitându-se trişti, 18 iar unul dintre ei, pe nume Cleopa, i-a răspuns:

– Tu eşti singurul străin în Ierusalim, de nu ştii ce s-a întâmplat în el în zilele acestea?!

19 – Ce anume? i-a întrebat El.

– Cele privitoare la Isus din Nazaret, i-au răspuns ei, Care era un profet puternic în faptă şi cuvânt înaintea lui Dumnezeu şi a întregului popor. 20 Şi cum conducătorii preoţilor şi conducătorii noştri L-au dat să fie condamnat la moarte şi L-au răstignit. 21 Noi însă speram că El este Cel Ce avea să-l răscumpere pe Israel. Da, şi pe lângă toate acestea, iată că aceasta este a treia zi de când s-au întâmplat aceste lucruri! 22 Mai mult, nişte femei de-ale noastre ne-au uimit cu totul. Ele au fost dis-de-dimineaţă la mormânt 23 şi nu I-au mai găsit trupul. Când au venit, ne-au spus că au văzut o vedenie cu îngeri care le-au spus că El trăieşte. 24 Unii din cei ce erau cu noi s-au dus la mormânt şi au găsit exact aşa cum au spus femeile, dar pe El nu L-au văzut.

25 El le-a zis:

– O, cât de nesăbuiţi şi de înceţi la inimă sunteţi când este vorba să credeţi tot ce au spus profeţii! 26 Nu trebuia oare Cristosul să sufere aceste lucruri şi să intre în slava Lui?

27 Şi, începând de la Moise şi de la toţi profeţii, le-a explicat ce era scris cu privire la El în toate Scripturile.

28 Când s-au apropiat de satul în care mergeau, El s-a făcut că vrea să meargă mai departe. 29 Dar ei au stăruit de El, zicând:

– Rămâi cu noi, pentru că este spre seară şi ziua este deja pe sfârşite!

Astfel El a intrat să rămână cu ei. 30 În timp ce stătea la masă cu ei, a luat pâinea, a rostit binecuvântarea, apoi a frânt-o şi le-a dat-o. 31 Atunci li s-au deschis ochii şi L-au recunoscut, dar El S-a făcut nevăzut dinaintea lor. 32 Şi-au zis unul altuia: „Nu ne ardea inima (în noi)[b] când ne vorbea pe drum şi când ne deschidea Scripturile?“ 33 S-au ridicat chiar în ceasul acela, s-au întors la Ierusalim şi i-au găsit adunaţi laolaltă pe cei unsprezece şi pe cei care erau împreună cu ei. 34 Ei le-au zis: „Domnul a înviat într-adevăr şi i S-a arătat lui Simon!“ 35 Şi le-au istorisit ce s-a întâmplat pe drum şi cum li S-a făcut cunoscut la frângerea pâinii.

Isus li Se arată ucenicilor

36 În timp ce spuneau ei aceste lucruri, El Însuşi a stat în mijlocul lor şi le-a zis: „Pace vouă!“ 37 Îngroziţi şi înspăimântaţi, ei credeau că văd un duh. 38 El le-a zis: „De ce sunteţi tulburaţi şi de ce vi se ridică astfel de îndoieli în inimile voastre? 39 Uitaţi-vă la mâinile şi la picioarele Mele: Eu Însumi sunt! Atingeţi-Mă şi vedeţi: un duh n-are carne şi oase, aşa cum vedeţi că am Eu!“ 40 Şi spunând aceasta, le-a arătat mâinile şi picioarele Lui. 41 Dar pentru că ei, de bucurie, tot nu credeau şi se mirau, le-a zis: „Aveţi aici ceva de mâncare?“ 42 I-au dat o bucată de peşte fript (şi un fagure de miere)[c], 43 iar El le-a luat şi le-a mâncat în faţa lor.

44 Apoi le-a zis: „Acestea sunt lucrurile pe care vi le spuneam când încă eram cu voi, şi anume că trebuie să se împlinească tot ceea ce este scris despre Mine în Legea lui Moise, în Profeţi şi în Psalmi[d].“ 45 Atunci le-a deschis mintea, ca să înţeleagă Scripturile, 46 şi le-a zis: „Aşa este scris, şi anume Cristosul trebuia să sufere[e] şi să învie dintre cei morţi a treia zi[f], 47 iar pocăinţa spre iertarea păcatelor să fie vestită în Numele Lui tuturor neamurilor, începând din Ierusalim. 48 Voi sunteţi martori ai acestor lucruri. 49 Iată, trimit peste voi promisiunea Tatălui Meu; voi însă rămâneţi în cetate până când veţi fi îmbrăcaţi cu putere de sus!“

Înălţarea la cer

50 Apoi i-a condus afară, până spre Betania. Şi-a ridicat mâinile şi i-a binecuvântat, 51 iar în timp ce-i binecuvânta s-a depărtat de ei şi a fost luat în cer. 52 Ei I s-au închinat şi apoi s-au întors la Ierusalim cu mare bucurie. 53 Şi tot timpul erau în Templu, lăudându-L şi binecuvântându-L[g] pe Dumnezeu.

Jesus Is Risen!

24 (A)Now on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared. 2 And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they entered, they did not find the body of (B)the Lord Jesus. 4 And it happened that while they were perplexed about this, behold, (C)two men suddenly (D)stood near them in dazzling clothing, 5 and when the women were terrified and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living One among the dead? 6 He is not here, but He (E)has [a]risen. Remember how He spoke to you (F)while He was still in Galilee, 7 saying that (G)the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.” 8 And (H)they remembered His words, 9 and when they returned from the tomb, they reported all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. 10 Now (I)Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James and the rest of the women with them were there; they were telling these things to (J)the apostles. 11 But these words appeared [b]to them as nonsense, and they (K)were not believing them. 12 But Peter stood up and (L)ran to the tomb; and stooping to look in, he *saw the linen wrappings [c]only. The Road to Emmaus

13 And behold, (N)two of them were going that same day to a village named Emmaus, which was [d]sixty stadia from Jerusalem. 14 And they were conversing with each other about all these things which had happened. 15 And it happened that while they were conversing and debating, Jesus Himself approached and was going with them. 16 But (O)their eyes were prevented from recognizing Him. 17 And He said to them, “What are these words that you are discussing with one another as you are walking?” And they stood still, looking sad. 18 And one of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to Him, “Are You [e]the only one visiting Jerusalem and unaware of the things which have happened here in these days?” 19 And He said to them, “What things?” And they said to Him, “The things about (P)Jesus the Nazarene, who was a mighty (Q)prophet in deed and word in the sight of God and all the people, 20 and how the chief priests and our (R)rulers delivered Him to the sentence of death, and crucified Him. 21 But we were hoping that it was He who was going to (S)redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is the third day since these things happened. 22 But also some women among us astounded us. (T)When they were at the tomb early in the morning, 23 and not finding His body, they came, saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said that He was alive. 24 Some of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just exactly as the women also said, but Him they did not see.” 25 And He said to them, “O foolish ones and slow of heart to believe in all that (U)the prophets have spoken! 26 (V)Was it not necessary for the [f]Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?” 27 Then beginning [g]with (W)Moses and [h]with all the (X)prophets, He interpreted to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.

28 And they approached the village where they were going, and (Y)He acted as though He were going farther. 29 But they urged Him strongly, saying, “Stay with us, for it is toward evening, and the day [i]is now nearly over.” So He went in to stay with them. 30 And it happened that when He had reclined at the table with them, He took the bread and (Z)blessed it, and after breaking it, He was giving it to them. 31 Then their (AA)eyes were opened and they recognized Him. And He vanished from [j]their sight. 32 And they said to one another, “[k]Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He (AB)was opening the Scriptures to us?” 33 And they stood up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and (AC)found gathered together the eleven and (AD)those with them, 34 who were saying, “(AE)The Lord has really risen and (AF)has appeared to Simon.” 35 And they were relating [l]their experiences on the road and how (AG)He was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.

Jesus Appears to His Disciples

36 Now while they were telling these things, (AH)He Himself stood in their midst and *said to them, “Peace to you.” 37 But being startled and frightened, they were thinking that they were seeing (AI)a spirit. 38 And He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your [m]hearts? 39 (AJ)See My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself; (AK)touch Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.” 40 And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet. 41 And while they still (AL)were not believing because of their joy and were still marveling, He said to them, “(AM)Have you anything here to eat?” 42 They gave Him a piece of a broiled fish, 43 and He took it and (AN)ate it before them.

44 Now He said to them, “(AO)These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the (AP)Law of Moses and the Prophets and (AQ)the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then He (AR)opened their [n]minds to understand the Scriptures, 46 and He said to them, “(AS)Thus it is written, that the [o]Christ would suffer and (AT)rise again from the dead the third day, 47 and that (AU)repentance [p]for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed [q]in His name to (AV)all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. 48 You are (AW)witnesses of these things. 49 And behold, (AX)I am sending the promise of My Father upon you, but (AY)you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.”

The Ascension

50 And He led them out as far as (AZ)Bethany, and lifting up His hands, He blessed them. 51 And it happened that while He was blessing them, He parted from them and was carried up into heaven. 52 And they, after worshiping Him, returned to Jerusalem with great joy, 53 and were continually in the temple blessing God.
