⁸ but you will receive power ^(A)when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be ^(B)My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and ^(C)Samaria, and even to ^[a](D)the end of the earth.”

^22 (A)beginning ^[a]with the baptism of John until the day that He ^(B)was taken up from us—one of these must become a ^(C)witness with us of His resurrection.”

³² This Jesus ^(A)God raised up again, to which we are all ^(B)witnesses.

¹⁵ but put to death the ^(A)Author of life, whom ^(B)God raised from the dead, a fact to which we are ^(C)witnesses.

³³ And ^(A)with great power the apostles were bearing ^(B)witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.

³² And we are ^(A)witnesses ^[a]of these things, and ^(B)so is the Holy Spirit, whom God gave to those who obey Him.”

³⁹ And we are ^(A)witnesses of all the things He did both in the ^[a]land of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They also ^(B)put Him to death by hanging Him on a tree.

^41 (A)not to all the people, but to ^(B)witnesses who were chosen beforehand by God, that is, to us ^(C)who ate and drank with Him after He arose from the dead.

³¹ and for many days ^(A)He appeared to those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, the very ones who are now ^(B)His witnesses to the people.
