125 (A)Когато Господ връщаше Сионовите пленници, ние като че сънувахме:
2 тогава устата ни бяха пълни с веселие, и езикът ни – с пение; тогава между народите се говореше: „велико нещо извърши Господ над тях!“
3 (B)Велико нещо извърши Господ над нас: ние се радвахме.
4 (C)Върни, Господи, нашите пленници като потоците на юг.
5 Които са сели със сълзи, ще жънат с радост.
6 (D)Който с плач е носил семе, с радост ще се върне, носейки своите снопи.

A song of ascents.
1 Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion,(A)
which cannot be shaken(B) but endures forever.
2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem,(C)
so the Lord surrounds(D) his people
both now and forevermore.
3 The scepter(E) of the wicked will not remain(F)
over the land allotted to the righteous,
for then the righteous might use
their hands to do evil.(G)
4 Lord, do good(H) to those who are good,
to those who are upright in heart.(I)
5 But those who turn(J) to crooked ways(K)
the Lord will banish(L) with the evildoers.
Peace be on Israel.(M)

Son como el monte de Sión que no deslizará: estará para siempre.
2 Como Jerusalem tiene montes alrededor de ella,
Así Jehová alrededor de su pueblo
Desde ahora y para siempre.
3 Porque no reposará la vara de la impiedad sobre la suerte de los justos;
Porque no extiendan los justos sus manos á la iniquidad.
4 Haz bien, oh Jehová, á los buenos,
Y á los que son rectos en sus corazones.
5 Mas á los que se apartan tras sus perversidades,
Jehová los llevará con los que obran iniquidad:
Y paz sea sobre Israel.

125 They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.
3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
4 Do good, O Lord, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.
5 As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the Lord shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.
