患难中的祈祷
受苦之人的祷告，在疲惫不堪时向耶和华的倾诉。
102 耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，
垂听我的呼求！
2 我在危难的时候，
求你不要掩面不理我。
求你垂听我的呼求，
赶快应允我。
3 我的年日如烟消散，
我全身如火焚烧。
4 我的心被摧残，如草枯萎，
以致我不思饮食。
5 我因哀叹而瘦骨嶙峋。
6 我就像旷野中的鸮鸟，
又像废墟中的猫头鹰。
7 我无法入睡，
我就像屋顶上一只孤伶伶的麻雀。
8 我的仇敌终日辱骂我，
嘲笑我的用我的名字咒诅人。
9 我以炉灰为食物，
眼泪拌着水喝，
10 因为你向我大发烈怒，
把我抓起来丢在一边。
11 我的生命就像黄昏的影子，
又如枯干的草芥。
12 耶和华啊！唯有你永远做王，
你的大名万代长存。
13 你必怜悯锡安，
因为现在是你恩待她的时候了，时候到了。
14 你的仆人们喜爱城中的石头，
怜惜城中的尘土。
15 列国敬畏耶和华的名，
世上的君王都因祂的荣耀而战抖。
16 因为耶和华必重建锡安，
带着荣耀显现。
17 祂必垂听穷人的祷告，
不藐视他们的祈求。
18 要为后代记下这一切，
好让将来的人赞美耶和华。
19 耶和华从至高的圣所俯视人间，
从天上察看大地，
20 要垂听被囚之人的哀叹，
释放被判死刑的人。
21-22 这样，万族万国聚集、敬拜
耶和华时，
人们必在锡安传扬祂的名，
在耶路撒冷赞美祂。
23 祂使我未老先衰，
缩短了我的岁月。
24 我说：“我的上帝啊，
你世代长存，
求你不要叫我中年早逝。
25 太初你奠立大地的根基，
亲手创造诸天。
26 天地都要消亡，
但你永远长存。
天地都会像外衣渐渐破旧，
你必更换天地，如同更换衣服，
天地都要消逝。
27 但你永远不变，
你的年日永无穷尽。
28 你仆人的后代必生生不息，
在你面前安然居住。”

102 (A)Благославяй, душо моя, Господа, и цялата моя вътрешност да благославя Неговото свето име.
2 Благославяй, душо моя, Господа и не забравяй ни едно от Неговите благодеяния.
3 (B)Той прощава всички твои беззакония, изцелява всички твои недъзи;
4 (C)избавя от гроб твоя живот, увенчава те с милост и щедрости;
5 (D)насища с блага твоето желание: подновява се като на орел твоята младост.
6 (E)Господ дава правда и съд на всички обидени.
7 Той показа Своите пътища Моисею, на Израилевите синове – Своите дела.
8 (F)Щедър и милостив е Господ, дълготърпелив и многомилостив:
9 (G)Той се не гневи докрай, нито се вечно сърди.
10 Той не ни стори според нашите беззакония и не ни въздаде според нашите грехове:
11 защото, колкото е високо небето над земята, толкова е велика милостта (на Господа) към ония, които се боят от Него;
12 колкото е далече изток от запад, толкова е отдалечил Той от нас нашите беззакония;
13 както баща милува синове, тъй и Господ милува ония, които Му се боят.
14 Защото Той знае нашия състав, помни, че ние сме пръст.
15 (H)Дните на човека са като трева; като полски цвят – тъй цъфти той:
16 (I)понесе се над него вятърът, и няма го, и мястото му вече го не познава.
17 (J)А милостта на Господа е отвека и довека към ония, които Му се боят,

The Lord’s Eternal Love
A Prayer of the afflicted, (A)when he is overwhelmed and pours out his complaint before the Lord.
102 Hear my prayer, O Lord,
And let my cry come to You.
2 (B)Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my trouble;
Incline Your ear to me;
In the day that I call, answer me speedily.
3 For my days [a]are (C)consumed like smoke,
And my bones are burned like a hearth.
4 My heart is stricken and withered like grass,
So that I forget to eat my bread.
5 Because of the sound of my groaning
My bones cling to my [b]skin.
6 I am like a pelican of the wilderness;
I am like an owl of the desert.
7 I lie awake,
And am like a sparrow alone on the housetop.
8 My enemies reproach me all day long;
Those who deride me swear an oath against me.
9 For I have eaten ashes like bread,
And mingled my drink with weeping,
10 Because of Your indignation and Your wrath;
For You have lifted me up and cast me away.
11 My days are like a shadow that lengthens,
And I wither away like grass.
12 But You, O Lord, shall endure forever,
And the remembrance of Your name to all generations.
13 You will arise and have mercy on Zion;
For the time to favor her,
Yes, the set time, has come.
14 For Your servants take pleasure in her stones,
And show favor to her dust.
15 So the [c]nations shall (D)fear the name of the Lord,
And all the kings of the earth Your glory.
16 For the Lord shall build up Zion;
(E)He shall appear in His glory.
17 (F)He shall regard the prayer of the destitute,
And shall not despise their prayer.
18 This will be (G)written for the generation to come,
That (H)a people yet to be created may praise the Lord.
19 For He (I)looked down from the height of His sanctuary;
From heaven the Lord viewed the earth,
20 (J)To hear the groaning of the prisoner,
To release those appointed to death,
21 To (K)declare the name of the Lord in Zion,
And His praise in Jerusalem,
22 (L)When the peoples are gathered together,
And the kingdoms, to serve the Lord.
23 He weakened my strength in the way;
He (M)shortened my days.
24 (N)I said, “O my God,
Do not take me away in the midst of my days;
(O)Your years are throughout all generations.
25 (P)Of old You laid the foundation of the earth,
And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
26 (Q)They will perish, but You will [d]endure;
Yes, they will all grow old like a garment;
Like a cloak You will change them,
And they will be changed.
27 But (R)You are the same,
And Your years will have no end.
28 (S)The children of Your servants will continue,
And their descendants will be established before You.”
