28 (A)Нечестивецът бяга, когато никой го не гони; а праведникът е смел като лъв.
2 (B)Кога страната отстъпи от закона, тогава в нея има много началници; а при разумен и вещ мъж тя е дълговечна.
3 Човек сиромах и притеснител на слабите е също като проливен дъжд, който завлича храните.
4 (C)Отстъпниците от закона хвалят нечестивците, а които пазят закона, негодуват против тях.
5 (D)Лошите люде не разбират от справедливост, а ония, които търсят Господа, всичко разбират.
6 (E)По-добре сиромах, който ходи в своята непорочност, нежели оня, който криви своите пътища, макар и да е богат.
7 (F)Който пази закона, е разумен син, а който се събира с разсипници, посрамя баща си.
8 (G)Който умножава имота си чрез корист и лихва, той го събира за добротвореца на бедните.
9 (H)Който отклонява ухото си да не слуша закона, на такъв и молитвата е гнусота.
10 (I)Който отклонява праведните в пътя на злото, сам ще падне в ямата си, а непорочните ще наследят добро.
11 Богат човек се има за мъдрец, обаче умен сиромах ще го изобличи.
12 (J)Кога праведници тържествуват, голяма слава е, но кога нечестивци се въздигат, човеците се крият.
13 (K)Който скрива престъпленията си, не ще има успех; а който се съзнава и ги оставя, ще бъде помилуван.
14 (L)Блажен е оня човек, който винаги пребъдва в благоговение; а който ожесточава сърцето си, ще падне в беда.
15 Каквото е рикащ лъв и гладна мечка, такова е нечестив властник над беден народ.
16 Неразумен управник върши много притеснения, а който мрази корист, ще има дълги дни.
17 Човек, виновен за проливане човешка кръв, ще бяга до гроб, за да го някой не хване.
18 Който ходи непорочно, ще бъде невредим; а който ходи по криви пътища, ще падне на един от тях.
19 (M)Който си работи земята, ще се насища с хляб, а който подражава на празните, ще се насити с беднотия.
20 (N)Верен човек ще бъде много благославян, а който бърза да забогатее, няма да остане ненаказан.
21 (O)Не е добро да си лицеприятен: такъв човек и за късче хляб ще извърши неправда.
22 (P)Завистлив човек бърза към богатство и не мисли, че сиромашията ще го настигне.
23 Който изобличава човека, ще намери отпосле по-голяма благосклонност, нежели оня, който с език ласкае.
24 (Q)Който окрадва баща си и майка си и казва: „това не е грях“, той е съучастник на грабители.
25 (R)Горделивият разпаля крамола, а който се надява Господу, ще добрува.
26 Който се надява на себе си, е глупав; а който постъпва мъдро, ще бъде спасен.
27 (S)Който дава на сиромах, няма да осиромашее; а който закрива очи от него, ще бъде много проклеван.
28 Кога нечестивци се въздигат, човеците се крият, а кога падат, праведниците се умножават.

Palabra de Dios para Todos
28 El perverso huye sin que nadie lo esté persiguiendo,
pero los justos viven tan confiados como un león.
2 Cuando hay revoluciones en el país,
la nación tiene muchos gobernantes en poco tiempo.
En cambio, un gobernante bueno y sabio
gobernará por muchos años.
3 Un gobernante que oprime a los pobres
es como fuerte lluvia que destruye los cultivos.
4 Los que no obedecen la ley se declaran a favor de los perversos;
los que cumplen la ley se colocan en contra de ellos.
5 Los perversos no entienden la justicia,
pero los que buscan al SEÑOR lo entienden todo.
6 Es mejor ser pobre y honrado
que rico y perverso.
7 El hijo que obedece la ley es inteligente,
pero el que anda con derrochadores avergüenza al papá.
8 El que atesora riquezas prestando dinero a interés
las atesora para el que tiene compasión de los pobres.
9 El que no presta atención a las enseñanzas de Dios
hace que Dios no soporte sus oraciones.
10 El que lleva a los justos por el mal camino,
caerá en su propia trampa,
pero a la gente honesta le sucederán cosas buenas.
11 Un rico presume de sabio,
pero un pobre e inteligente lo desenmascara.
12 Cuando triunfan los justos, todo el mundo está feliz;
cuando los perversos ganan, todo el mundo corre a esconderse.
13 No le irá bien al que oculta sus pecados,
pero el que los confiesa y se aparta será perdonado.
14 Afortunado el que siempre anda precavido,
pero el insensible caerá en la maldad.
15 Un mal gobernante sobre gente pobre
es como león rugiente o como oso hambriento.
16 El gobernante tonto aumenta la explotación;
pero el que no es codicioso gobernará por largo tiempo.
17 El asesino nunca tendrá paz, huirá hasta que se muera;
no lo apoyes.
18 El que vive honestamente estará a salvo,
pero el perverso perecerá.
19 El que trabaja tendrá alimento en abundancia,
pero el que no hace más que soñar no saldrá de pobre.
20 El que es fiel recibirá muchas bendiciones,
pero el que tiene afán de enriquecerse no se librará del castigo.
21 No es justo que se discrimine a la gente;
hay quienes pecan hasta por un pedazo de pan.
22 El egoísta sólo piensa en enriquecerse
y no se da cuenta de que está muy cerca de arruinarse.
23 A la larga se aprecia más al que reprende
que al que alaba.
24 El que roba al papá y a la mamá
y asegura que eso no es malo,
es compinche de delincuentes.
25 El que es egoísta arma líos,
pero el que confía en el SEÑOR prosperará.
26 El que confía en sí mismo es un bruto,
pero el sabio escapa del desastre.
27 El que ayude a los pobres siempre tendrá lo necesario;
el que se niegue a ayudarlos pasará muchas dificultades.
28 Cuando triunfan los malvados, todo el mundo se esconde;
pero cuando caen, los justos vuelven al poder.

King James Version
28 The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.
2 For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.
3 A poor man that oppresseth the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaveth no food.
4 They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.
5 Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the Lord understand all things.
6 Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.
7 Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men shameth his father.
8 He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor.
9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
10 Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession.
11 The rich man is wise in his own conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out.
12 When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.
13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
14 Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.
15 As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.
16 The prince that wanteth understanding is also a great oppressor: but he that hateth covetousness shall prolong his days.
17 A man that doeth violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man stay him.
18 Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but he that is perverse in his ways shall fall at once.
19 He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough.
20 A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.
21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.
22 He that hasteth to be rich hath an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him.
23 He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue.
24 Whoso robbeth his father or his mother, and saith, It is no transgression; the same is the companion of a destroyer.
25 He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the Lord shall be made fat.
26 He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.
27 He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
28 When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.
