24 (A)И каза Бог на Моисея: възлез при Господа ти и Аарон, Надав и Авиуд и седемдесет Израилеви стареи, и поклонете се (Господу) отдалеч;
2 нека само Моисей се приближи до Господа, а те да се не приближават, и народът да не възлиза с него.
3 (B)Моисей дойде и повтори пред народа всички Господни думи и всички закони. И целият народ отговори в един глас, и рече: всичко, каквото е казал Господ, ще сторим (и ще сме послушни).
4 (C)Тогава Моисей написа всички думи Господни и, като стана сутринта рано, издигна под планината жертвеник и дванайсет камъка, според броя на дванайсетте Израилеви колена;
5 (D)и прати момци от Израилевите синове, и те принесоха всесъжение и заклаха телци за мирна жертва Господу (Богу).
6 Моисей взе половината кръв и я наля в чаши, а с другата половина поръси жертвеника;
7 (E)и взе книгата на завета и прочете гласно пред народа, и те рекоха: всичко, каквото е казал Господ, ще сторим и ще бъдем послушни.
8 (F)И взе Моисей кръвта и поръси народа, като думаше: ето кръвта на завета, който Господ сключи с вас според всички тия думи.
9 После възлезе Моисей и Аарон, Надав и Авиуд и седемдесет Израилеви стареи,
10 (G)и видяха (местостоенето на) Бога Израилев; и под нозете Му имаше нещо като изделие от чист сапфир и ясно като самото небе.
11 (H)И Бог не простря ръката Си върху избраните от Израилевите синове: те видяха (мястото на) Бога, и ядоха и пиха.
12 И каза Господ на Моисея: възлез при Мене на планината и стой там; ще ти дам каменни плочи, и закон, и заповеди, които написах за тяхна поука.
13 И стана Моисей с Иисуса, своя служител, и възлезе Моисей на Божията планина,
14 (I)а на стареите каза: останете тука, докле се върнем при вас; ето Аарон и Ор са с вас; който има съдба, нека дохожда при тях.
15 Моисей възлезе на планината, и облак покри планината,
16 (J)и слава Господня осени планина Синай; и облакът я покриваше шест дена, а на седмия ден (Господ) повика Моисея изсред облака.
17 (K)А славата Господня навръх планината изглеждаше пред очите на Израилевите синове като огън, който изпояжда.
18 (L)Моисей влезе всред облака и възлезе на планината; и стоя Моисей на планината четирийсет дена и четирийсет нощи.

24 Y DIJO á Moisés: Sube á Jehová, tú, y Aarón, Nadab, y Abiú, y setenta de los ancianos de Israel; y os inclinaréis desde lejos.
2 Mas Moisés sólo se llegará á Jehová; y ellos no se lleguen cerca, ni suba con él el pueblo.
3 Y Moisés vino y contó al pueblo todas las palabras de Jehová, y todos los derechos: y todo el pueblo respondió á una voz, y dijeron: Ejecutaremos todas las palabras que Jehová ha dicho.
4 Y Moisés escribió todas las palabras de Jehová, y levantándose de mañana edificó un altar al pie del monte, y doce columnas, según las doce tribus de Israel.
5 Y envió á los mancebos de los hijos de Israel, los cuales ofrecieron holocaustos y sacrificaron pacíficos á Jehová, becerros.
6 Y Moisés tomó la mitad de la sangre, y púsola en tazones, y esparció la otra mitad de la sangre sobre el altar.
7 Y tomó el libro de la alianza, y leyó á oídos del pueblo, el cual dijo: Haremos todas las cosas que Jehová ha dicho, y obedeceremos.
8 Entonces Moisés tomó la sangre, y roció sobre el pueblo, y dijo: He aquí la sangre de la alianza que Jehová ha hecho con vosotros sobre todas estas cosas.
9 Y subieron Moisés y Aarón, Nadab y Abiú, y setenta de los ancianos de Israel;
10 Y vieron al Dios de Israel; y había debajo de sus pies como un embaldosado de zafiro, semejante al cielo cuando está sereno.
11 Mas no extendió su mano sobre los príncipes de los hijos de Israel: y vieron á Dios, y comieron y bebieron.
12 Entonces Jehová dijo á Moisés: Sube á mí al monte, y espera allá, y te daré tablas de piedra, y la ley, y mandamientos que he escrito para enseñarlos.
13 Y levantóse Moisés, y Josué su ministro; y Moisés subió al monte de Dios.
14 Y dijo á los ancianos: Esperadnos aquí hasta que volvamos á vosotros: y he aquí Aarón y Hur están con vosotros: el que tuviere negocios, lléguese á ellos.
15 Entonces Moisés subió al monte, y una nube cubrió el monte.
16 Y la gloria de Jehová reposó sobre el monte Sinaí, y la nube lo cubrió por seis días: y al séptimo día llamó á Moisés de en medio de la nube.
17 Y el parecer de la gloria de Jehová era como un fuego abrasador en la cumbre del monte, á los ojos de los hijos de Israel.
18 Y entró Moisés en medio de la nube, y subió al monte: y estuvo Moisés en el monte cuarenta días y cuarenta noches.

24 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Come up to the Lord, you and Aaron,(A) Nadab and Abihu,(B) and seventy of the elders(C) of Israel. You are to worship at a distance, 2 but Moses alone is to approach(D) the Lord; the others must not come near. And the people may not come up with him.”
3 When Moses went and told the people all the Lord’s words and laws,(E) they responded with one voice, “Everything the Lord has said we will do.”(F) 4 Moses then wrote(G) down everything the Lord had said.
He got up early the next morning and built an altar(H) at the foot of the mountain and set up twelve stone pillars(I) representing the twelve tribes of Israel. 5 Then he sent young Israelite men, and they offered burnt offerings(J) and sacrificed young bulls as fellowship offerings(K) to the Lord. 6 Moses(L) took half of the blood(M) and put it in bowls, and the other half he splashed(N) against the altar. 7 Then he took the Book of the Covenant(O) and read it to the people. They responded, “We will do everything the Lord has said; we will obey.”(P)
8 Moses then took the blood, sprinkled it on the people(Q) and said, “This is the blood of the covenant(R) that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”
9 Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders(S) of Israel went up 10 and saw(T) the God of Israel. Under his feet was something like a pavement made of lapis lazuli,(U) as bright blue as the sky.(V) 11 But God did not raise his hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw(W) God, and they ate and drank.(X)
12 The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone(Y) with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.”
13 Then Moses set out with Joshua(Z) his aide, and Moses went up on the mountain(AA) of God. 14 He said to the elders, “Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur(AB) are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute(AC) can go to them.”
15 When Moses went up on the mountain, the cloud(AD) covered it, 16 and the glory(AE) of the Lord settled on Mount Sinai.(AF) For six days the cloud covered the mountain, and on the seventh day the Lord called to Moses from within the cloud.(AG) 17 To the Israelites the glory of the Lord looked like a consuming fire(AH) on top of the mountain. 18 Then Moses entered the cloud as he went on up the mountain. And he stayed on the mountain forty(AI) days and forty nights.(AJ)
