3 Затем Ангел показал мне первосвященника Иисуса, который стоял перед Ангелом Господним, а с правой стороны его стоял сатана. Он стоял там, чтобы обвинить Иисуса в злодеяниях. 2 Затем Ангел Господний сказал: «Господь осуждает тебя, сатана. Господь, избравший Иерусалим, докажет твою вину! Тот город был словно головешка, обгоревшая в огне».
3 Перед Ангелом стоял Иисус в грязных одеждах. 4 Тогда Ангел сказал другим Ангелам, стоящим около него: «Снимите эти запятнанные одежды с Иисуса». Затем Он обратился к Иисусу: «Теперь я снял с тебя вину и сейчас даю тебе новые одежды».
5 Тогда я сказал: «Возложите ему на голову чистый кидар». Они так и сделали, и, возложив ему на голову чистый кидар, облачили его в новые одежды. Ангел же Господний стоял рядом. 6 И сказал Ангел Господний Иисусу:
7 «Всемогущий Господь сказал:
„Живи так, как Я велю тебе,
и делай всё, что Я говорю.
Ты будешь заботиться о Моём храме
и наблюдать за его дворами.
Ты сможешь ходить туда, куда захочешь в храме Моём,
так же, как и эти Ангелы, стоящие здесь.
8 Слушай Меня ты, первосвященник Иисус,
а также и вы, священники, сидящие перед ним.
Эти люди—символ того, что произойдёт,
когда Я приведу Моего слугу,
именуемого „Отраслью”.
9 Смотрите, Я ставлю особый камень перед Иисусом.
У этого камня семь сторон[a],
и Я вырежу особое послание на этом камне
в знак того, что придёт день,
когда Я сниму с этой земли вину”».
10 Всемогущий Господь говорит так:
«В это время люди позовут своих друзей и соседей.
Они позовут их сидеть под фиговым деревом
или виноградной лозой».

Vision of the High Priest
3 Then he showed me (A)Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the Lord, and (B)Satan[a] standing at his right hand to oppose him. 2 And the Lord said to Satan, (C)“The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who (D)has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! (E)Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?”
3 Now Joshua was clothed with (F)filthy garments, and was standing before the Angel.
4 Then He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, “Take away the filthy garments from him.” And to him He said, “See, I have removed your iniquity from you, (G)and I will clothe you with rich robes.”
5 And I said, “Let them put a clean (H)turban on his head.”
So they put a clean turban on his head, and they put the clothes on him. And the Angel of the Lord stood by.
The Coming Branch
6 Then the Angel of the Lord admonished Joshua, saying, 7 “Thus says the Lord of hosts:
‘If you will walk in My ways,
And if you will (I)keep My command,
Then you shall also (J)judge My house,
And likewise have charge of My courts;
I will give you places to walk
Among these who (K)stand here.
8 ‘Hear, O Joshua, the high priest,
You and your companions who sit before you,
For they are (L)a[b] wondrous sign;
For behold, I am bringing forth (M)My Servant the (N)BRANCH.
9 For behold, the stone
That I have laid before Joshua:
(O)Upon the stone are (P)seven eyes.
Behold, I will engrave its inscription,’
Says the Lord of hosts,
‘And (Q)I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
10 (R)In that day,’ says the Lord of hosts,
‘Everyone will invite his neighbor
(S)Under his vine and under his fig tree.’ ”

The Fourth Vision: Joshua and Satan Stand Before the Angel of the Lord
3 Then he showed me Joshua, the high priest, standing before the Angel of the Lord, and Satan was standing at his right hand to accuse him.
2 The Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Isn’t this man a burning stick plucked from a fire?”
3 Now Joshua was clothed in filthy clothing and was standing in front of the Angel. 4 Then the Angel of the Lord spoke to those who were standing in front of him: “Remove his filthy clothing.”
Then he said to Joshua, “See, I have taken your guilt away from you, so that I may clothe you in a special robe.”
5 I said,[a] “Let them place a clean turban on his head.” So they placed a clean turban on his head and got him dressed, while the Angel of the Lord was standing by.
6 Then the Angel of the Lord spoke solemnly to Joshua:
7 This is what the Lord of Armies says. If you will walk in my ways and carry out my ministry, then you will also govern my house and watch over my courts, and I will give you access among those who are standing here.
8 Now listen, High Priest Joshua, you and your associates who sit in front of you—because these men are a sign. Look! I am going to bring my servant, the Branch. 9 Look carefully at the stone that I placed in front of Joshua! On one stone with seven facets[b] I will engrave an inscription, declares the Lord of Armies, and I will remove the guilt of this land in a single day.
10 On that day, declares the Lord of Armies, each one of you will invite his neighbor to join him under his vine and under his fig tree.

Clean Garments for the High Priest
3 Then he showed me Joshua(A) the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan[a](B) standing at his right side to accuse him. 2 The Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you,(C) Satan! The Lord, who has chosen(D) Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is not this man a burning stick(E) snatched from the fire?”(F)
3 Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel. 4 The angel said to those who were standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes.”
Then he said to Joshua, “See, I have taken away your sin,(G) and I will put fine garments(H) on you.”
5 Then I said, “Put a clean turban(I) on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the Lord stood by.
6 The angel of the Lord gave this charge to Joshua: 7 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘If you will walk in obedience to me and keep my requirements,(J) then you will govern my house(K) and have charge(L) of my courts, and I will give you a place among these standing here.(M)
8 “‘Listen, High Priest(N) Joshua, you and your associates seated before you, who are men symbolic(O) of things to come: I am going to bring my servant, the Branch.(P) 9 See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua!(Q) There are seven eyes[b](R) on that one stone,(S) and I will engrave an inscription on it,’ says the Lord Almighty, ‘and I will remove the sin(T) of this land in a single day.
10 “‘In that day each of you will invite your neighbor to sit(U) under your vine and fig tree,(V)’ declares the Lord Almighty.”
