34 И взошел Моисей с равнин Моавитских на гору Нево, на вершину Фасги, что против Иерихона, и показал ему Господь всю землю Галаад до самого Дана,
2 и всю [землю] Неффалимову, и [всю] землю Ефремову и Манассиину, и всю землю Иудину, даже до самого западного моря,
3 и полуденную страну и равнину долины Иерихона, город Пальм, до Сигора.
4 И сказал ему Господь: вот земля, о которой Я клялся Аврааму, Исааку и Иакову, говоря: 'семени твоему дам ее'; Я дал тебе увидеть ее глазами твоими, но в нее ты не войдешь.
5 И умер там Моисей, раб Господень, в земле Моавитской, по слову Господню;
6 и погребен на долине в земле Моавитской против Беф-Фегора, и никто не знает [места] погребения его даже до сего дня.
7 Моисею было сто двадцать лет, когда он умер; но зрение его не притупилось, и крепость в нем не истощилась.
8 И оплакивали Моисея сыны Израилевы на равнинах Моавитских тридцать дней. И прошли дни плача и сетования о Моисее.
9 И Иисус, сын Навин, исполнился духа премудрости, потому что Моисей возложил на него руки свои, и повиновались ему сыны Израилевы и делали так, как повелел Господь Моисею.
10 И не было более у Израиля пророка такого, как Моисей, которого Господь знал лицем к лицу,
11 по всем знамениям и чудесам, которые послал его Господь сделать в земле Египетской над фараоном и над всеми рабами его и над всею землею его,
12 и по руке сильной и по великим чудесам, которые Моисей совершил пред глазами всего Израиля.

Смерть Мусы
34 Затем Муса поднялся на гору Нево, с равнин Моава на вершину Фасги, что напротив Иерихона. Там Вечный показал ему всю ту землю – от Галаада до Дана, 2 все владения Неффалима, землю Ефраима и Манассы, всю землю Иуды до самого Средиземного моря[a], 3 Негев и всю область от равнины Иерихона, города Пальм, до самого города Цоара.
4 Вечный сказал ему:
– Вот земля, которую Я с клятвой обещал Ибрахиму, Исхаку и Якубу, когда сказал: «Я дам её твоим потомкам». Я позволил тебе увидеть её своими глазами, но ты не вступишь в неё.
5 И Муса, раб Вечного, умер там, в Моаве, как и сказал Вечный. 6 Он похоронил его[b] в Моаве, в долине напротив Бет-Пеора, но и до сегодняшнего дня никто не знает, где его могила. 7 Мусе было сто двадцать лет, когда он умер, но до самой смерти глаза его не ослабли и сила не истощилась. 8 Исраильтяне оплакивали Мусу на равнинах Моава тридцать дней, пока не прошло время плача и скорби.
9 Иешуа же, сын Нуна, исполнился духа[c] мудрости, потому что Муса возложил на него руки. И исраильтяне слушали его и делали то, что Вечный повелел Мусе.
10 С тех пор в Исраиле не было пророка, подобного Мусе, которого Вечный знал бы лицом к лицу. 11 Никто не превзошёл Мусу в знамениях и чудесах, которые он совершил в Египте по слову Вечного над фараоном, над всеми его приближёнными и над всей его землёй. 12 Никто не показывал такой великой силы и не совершал таких великих и страшных чудес, какие Муса совершил на глазах у всего Исраила.

The Death of Moses
34 Then Moses climbed Mount Nebo(A) from the plains of Moab to the top of Pisgah,(B) across from Jericho.(C) There the Lord showed(D) him the whole land—from Gilead to Dan,(E) 2 all of Naphtali, the territory of Ephraim and Manasseh, all the land of Judah as far as the Mediterranean Sea,(F) 3 the Negev(G) and the whole region from the Valley of Jericho, the City of Palms,(H) as far as Zoar.(I) 4 Then the Lord said to him, “This is the land I promised on oath(J) to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob(K) when I said, ‘I will give it(L) to your descendants.’ I have let you see it with your eyes, but you will not cross(M) over into it.”
5 And Moses the servant of the Lord(N) died(O) there in Moab, as the Lord had said. 6 He buried him[a] in Moab, in the valley opposite Beth Peor,(P) but to this day no one knows where his grave is.(Q) 7 Moses was a hundred and twenty years old(R) when he died, yet his eyes were not weak(S) nor his strength gone.(T) 8 The Israelites grieved for Moses in the plains of Moab(U) thirty days,(V) until the time of weeping and mourning(W) was over.
9 Now Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit[b] of wisdom(X) because Moses had laid his hands on him.(Y) So the Israelites listened to him and did what the Lord had commanded Moses.
10 Since then, no prophet(Z) has risen in Israel like Moses,(AA) whom the Lord knew face to face,(AB) 11 who did all those signs and wonders(AC) the Lord sent him to do in Egypt—to Pharaoh and to all his officials(AD) and to his whole land. 12 For no one has(AE) ever shown the mighty power or performed the awesome deeds(AF) that Moses did in the sight of all Israel.

2 And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the utmost sea,
3 And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees, unto Zoar.
4 And the Lord said unto him, This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither.
5 So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the Lord.
6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
8 And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses.
10 And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face,
11 In all the signs and the wonders, which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12 And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel.
