24 ако за Каина се отмъстява седмократно, то за Ламеха – седемдесет пъти по седем.
25 (A)Адам пак позна жена си (Ева), и тя роди син, и му даде име Сит; понеже (казваше тя,) Бог ми даде друго чедо, вместо Авеля, когото Каин уби.
26 На Сита тъй също се роди син, и той му даде име Енос; тогава наченаха да призовават името на Господа (Бога).

25 Adam made love to his wife(D) again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth,[a](E) saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.”(F) 26 Seth also had a son, and he named him Enosh.(G)
At that time people began to call on[b] the name of the Lord.(H)
