10 Ето потомството на Ноевите синове, Сима, Хама и Яфета; че и на тях се родиха синове след потопа.
2 Яфетови синове: Гомер, Магог, Мадай, Яван, Тувал, Мосох и Тирас.
3 А Гомерови синове: Асханаз, Рифат и Тогарма.
4 А Яванови синове: Елисей, Тарсис, Китим и Доданим.
5 От тях се разделиха островите на народите, в техните земи, всеки според езика си, според племето си, в народите си.
6 Хамови синове: Хус, Мицраим, Фут и Ханаан.
7 А Хусови синове: Сева, Евила, Савта, Раама и Савтека; а Раамови синове: Шева и Дедан.
8 Хус роди и Нимрода. Той пръв стана силен на земята.
9 Той беше голям ловец пред Господа; затова се казва: Като Нимрода, голям ловец пред Господа.
10 Първо той царува над Вавилон Ерех, Акад и Халне, в Сенаарската земя.
11 От тая земя излезе <и отиде> в Асирия, та съгради Ниневия, Роовот-Ир, Халах
12 и Ресен между Ниневия и Халах (който е големият град).
13 А Мицраим роди Лудим, Анамим, Леавим, Нафтухим,
14 Патрусим, Каслухим (от които произлязоха филистимците) и Кафторим.
15 А Ханаан роди: първородния си <син> Сидон, <после> Хет,
16 евусейците, аморейците, гергесейците,
17 евейците, арукейците, асенейците,
18 арвадците, цемарейците и аматейците; и след това ханаанските племена се пръснаха.
19 Пределът на ханаанците беше от Сидон, като се отива за Герар до Газа, и като се отива за Содом и Гомор, Адма и Цевоим до Лаша.
20 Тия са Хамовите синове в земите си, в народите си, според племената си, според езиците си.
21 Родиха се тъй също чада на Сима, баща на всичките Еверовци и по-стар брат на Яфета.
22 Симови синове: Елам, Асур, Арфаксад, Луд и Арам.

26 Иоктан роди Алмодада, Шалефа, Хацармавета, Яраха.
27 Адорама, Узала, Дикла,
28 Овала, Авимаила, Шева,
29 Офира, Евила и Иовава; всички тия бяха Иоктанови синове.
30 Техните поселения бяха от Меша, като се отива за Сефар, източната планина.
31 Тия са Симовите синове в земите си, според племената си, според езиците си, според народите си.

10 (E)Изпървом царството му се състоеше от: Вавилон, Ерех, Акад и Халне, в земята Сенаар.
11 От тая земя излезе Асур и съгради Ниневия, Реховод-ир, Калах
12 и Ресен, между Ниневия и Калах, който е голям град.
13 От Мицраима произлязоха Лудим, Анамим, Легавим, Навтухим,
14 (F)Патрусим, Каслухим, отдето произлязоха филистимци, и Кафторим.
15 От Ханаана се родиха: Сидон, негов първенец, Хет,
16 Иевусей, Аморей, Гергесей,
17 Евей, Аркей, Синей,
18 Арвадей, Цемарей и Химатей. По-сетне племената ханаански се пръснаха,
19 и пределите на хананейци бяха от Сидон към Герар до Газа, оттам към Содом, Гомора, Адма и Цевоим до Лаша.
20 Тия са Хамовите синове, според племената им, според езиците им, в земите им, в народите им.
21 Деца имаше и Сим, баща на всички синове Еверови, по-стар брат на Иафета.

10 This is the history of the generations (descendants) of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. The sons born to them after the flood were:
2 The sons of Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
3 The sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
4 The sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
5 From these the coastland peoples spread. [These are the sons of Japheth] in their lands, each with his own language, by their families within their nations.
6 The sons of Ham: Cush, Egypt [Mizraim], Put, and Canaan.
7 The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca; and the sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.
8 Cush became the father of Nimrod; he was the first to be a mighty man on the earth.
9 He was a mighty hunter before the Lord; therefore it is said, Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the Lord.
10 The beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar [in Babylonia].
11 Out of the land he [Nimrod] went forth into Assyria and built Nineveh, Rehoboth-Ir, Calah,
12 And Resen, which is between Nineveh and Calah; all these [suburbs combined to form] the great city.
13 And Egypt [Mizraim] became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,
14 Pathrusim, Casluhim (from whom came the Philistines), and Caphtorim.
15 Canaan became the father of Sidon his firstborn, Heth [the Hittites],
16 The Jebusites, the Amorites, the Girgashites,
17 The Hivites, the Arkites, the Sinites,
18 The Arvadites, the Zemarites and the Hamathites. Afterward the families of the Canaanites spread abroad
19 And the territory of the Canaanites extended from Sidon as one goes to Gerar as far as Gaza, and as one goes to [a]Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha.
20 These are the sons of Ham by their families, their languages, their lands, and their nations.
21 To Shem also, the younger brother of Japheth and the ancestor of all the children of Eber [including the Hebrews], children were born.
22 The sons of Shem: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram.
23 The sons of Aram: Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.
24 Arpachshad became the father of Shelah; and Shelah became the father of Eber.
25 To Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg [division], because [the inhabitants of] the earth were divided up in his days; and his brother’s name was Joktan.
26 Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,
27 Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
28 Obal, Abimael, Sheba,
29 Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab; all these were the sons of Joktan.
30 The territory in which they lived extended from Mesha as one goes toward Sephar to the hill country of the east.
31 These are Shem’s descendants by their families, their languages, their lands, and their nations.
32 These are the families of the sons of Noah, according to their generations, within their nations; and from these the nations spread abroad on the earth after the flood.(A)

The Family Tree of Noah’s Sons
10 This is the family tree of the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. After the flood, they themselves had sons.
2 The sons of Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, Tiras.
3 The sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Riphath, Togarmah.
4-5 The sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, Rodanim. The seafaring peoples developed from these, each in its own place by family, each with its own language.
6 The sons of Ham: Cush, Egypt, Put, Canaan.
7 The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, Sabteca.
The sons of Raamah: Sheba, Dedan.
8-12 Cush also had Nimrod. He was the first great warrior on Earth. He was a great hunter before God. There was a saying, “Like Nimrod, a great hunter before God.” His kingdom got its start with Babel; then Erech, Akkad, and Calneh in the country of Shinar. From there he went up to Asshur and built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah, and Resen between Nineveh and the great city Calah.
13-14 Egypt was ancestor to the Ludim, the Anamim, the Lehabim, the Naphtuhim, the Pathrusim, the Casluhim (the origin of the Philistines), and the Kaphtorim.
15-19 Canaan had Sidon his firstborn, Heth, the Jebusites, the Amorites, the Girgashites, the Hivites, the Arkites, the Sinites, the Arvadites, the Zemarites, and the Hamathites. Later the Canaanites spread out, going from Sidon toward Gerar, as far south as Gaza, and then east all the way over to Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, Zeboiim, and on to Lasha.
20 These are the descendants of Ham by family, language, country, and nation.
21 Shem, the older brother of Japheth, also had sons. Shem was ancestor to all the children of Eber.
22 The sons of Shem: Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud, and Aram.
23 The sons of Aram: Uz, Hul, Gether, Meshech.
24-25 Arphaxad had Shelah and Shelah had Eber. Eber had two sons, Peleg (so named because in his days the human race divided) and Joktan.
26-30 Joktan had Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, Obal, Abimael, Sheba, Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab—all sons of Joktan. Their land goes from Mesha toward Sephar as far as the mountain ranges in the east.
31 These are the descendants of Shem by family, language, country, and nation.
32 This is the family tree of the sons of Noah as they developed into nations. From them nations developed all across the Earth after the flood.
