9 I have been with you wherever you went, and I have destroyed all of your enemies who dared to challenge you. Moreover, I intend to make your name as famous as the names of the greatest men on the earth.
10 “ ‘ “I also shall provide a place for my people Israel, and there I will plant them so that they may dwell there and never again be disturbed. Nor will the wicked afflict them anymore, as was the case formerly, 11 from the time that I appointed judges over my people Israel. I will grant you rest from all of your enemies.

9 I have been with you wherever you have gone,(A) and I have cut off all your enemies from before you.(B) Now I will make your name great, like the names of the greatest men on earth.(C) 10 And I will provide a place for my people Israel and will plant(D) them so that they can have a home of their own and no longer be disturbed.(E) Wicked(F) people will not oppress them anymore,(G) as they did at the beginning 11 and have done ever since the time I appointed leaders[a](H) over my people Israel. I will also give you rest from all your enemies.(I)
