66 (A)За първия певец, псаломска песен.
Възкликнете към Бога, всички земи,
2 възпейте славата на Неговото име,
като Го хвалите, хвалете Го славно.
3 (B)Кажете на Бога: Колко са страшни делата Ти!
Поради величието на Твоята сила
даже враговете Ти ще се преструват пред Тебе на покорни.
4 (C)Цялата земя ще Ти се кланя и ще Те славослови,
ще славословят името Ти. (Села.)
5 (D)Елате и вижте делата на Бога,
Който мощно действа спрямо човешките синове.
6 (E)Превърна морето в суша;
пеш преминаха през реката;
там се зарадваха в Него.
7 (F)Със силата Си господства довека;
очите Му наблюдават народите;
бунтовниците нека не превъзнасят себе си. (Села.)
8 Вие, племена, благославяйте нашия Бог
и направете да се чуе гласът на хвалата Му,
9 (G)който поддържа в живота душата ни
и не оставя да се клатят краката ни.
10 (H)Защото Ти, Боже, си ни опитал,
изпитал си ни, както се изпитва сребро.
11 (I)Въвел си ни в мрежата,
сложил си тежък товар на гърба ни.
12 (J)Направил си да яздят хора върху главите ни;
преминахме през огън и вода;
но Ти ни изведе на богато място.
13 (K)Ще вляза в дома Ти с всеизгаряния,
ще изпълня пред Теб оброците,
14 които произнесоха устните ми
и говориха устата ми в бедствието ми.
15 Всеизгаряния от тлъсти овни ще Ти принеса с тамян,
ще принеса волове и кози. (Села.)
16 (L)Елате, слушайте всички, които се боите от Бога,
и ще разкажа онова, което е сторил за душата ми.
17 Към Него извиках с устата си;
и Той беше възвисен чрез езика ми.
18 (M)Ако в сърцето си бях гледал благоприятно на неправда,
Господ не би послушал.
19 (N)Но Бог наистина послуша,
обърна внимание на молбата ми.
20 Благословен да е Бог,
Който не отстрани от мене нито молитвата, нито Своята милост.

66 Au chef des chantres. Cantique. Psaume. Poussez vers Dieu des cris de joie, Vous tous, habitants de la terre!
2 Chantez la gloire de son nom, Célébrez sa gloire par vos louanges!
3 Dites à Dieu: Que tes oeuvres sont redoutables! A cause de la grandeur de ta force, tes ennemis te flattent.
4 Toute la terre se prosterne devant toi et chante en ton honneur; Elle chante ton nom. -Pause.
5 Venez et contemplez les oeuvres de Dieu! Il est redoutable quand il agit sur les fils de l'homme.
6 Il changea la mer en une terre sèche, On traversa le fleuve à pied: Alors nous nous réjouîmes en lui.
7 Il domine éternellement par sa puissance, Ses yeux observent les nations: Que les rebelles ne s'élèvent pas! -Pause.
8 Peuples, bénissez notre Dieu, Faites retentir sa louange!
9 Il a conservé la vie à notre âme, Et il n'a pas permis que notre pied chancelât.
10 Car tu nous as éprouvés, ô Dieu! Tu nous as fait passer au creuset comme l'argent.
11 Tu nous as amenés dans le filet, Tu as mis sur nos reins un pesant fardeau,
12 Tu as fait monter des hommes sur nos têtes; Nous avons passé par le feu et par l'eau. Mais tu nous en as tirés pour nous donner l'abondance.
13 J'irai dans ta maison avec des holocaustes, J'accomplirai mes voeux envers toi:
14 Pour eux mes lèvres se sont ouvertes, Et ma bouche les a prononcés dans ma détresse.
15 Je t'offrirai des brebis grasses en holocauste, Avec la graisse des béliers; Je sacrifierai des brebis avec des boucs. -Pause.
16 Venez, écoutez, vous tous qui craignez Dieu, et je raconterai Ce qu'il a fait à mon âme.
17 J'ai crié à lui de ma bouche, Et la louange a été sur ma langue.
18 Si j'avais conçu l'iniquité dans mon coeur, Le Seigneur ne m'aurait pas exaucé.
19 Mais Dieu m'a exaucé, Il a été attentif à la voix de ma prière.
20 Béni soit Dieu, Qui n'a pas rejeté ma prière, Et qui ne m'a pas retiré sa bonté!

For the director of music. A song. A psalm.
1 Shout for joy to God, all the earth!(A)
2 Sing the glory of his name;(B)
make his praise glorious.(C)
3 Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds!(D)
So great is your power
that your enemies cringe(E) before you.
4 All the earth bows down(F) to you;
they sing praise(G) to you,
they sing the praises of your name.”[a]
5 Come and see what God has done,
his awesome deeds(H) for mankind!
6 He turned the sea into dry land,(I)
they passed through(J) the waters on foot—
come, let us rejoice(K) in him.
7 He rules forever(L) by his power,
his eyes watch(M) the nations—
let not the rebellious(N) rise up against him.
8 Praise(O) our God, all peoples,
let the sound of his praise be heard;
9 he has preserved our lives(P)
and kept our feet from slipping.(Q)
10 For you, God, tested(R) us;
you refined us like silver.(S)
11 You brought us into prison(T)
and laid burdens(U) on our backs.
12 You let people ride over our heads;(V)
we went through fire and water,
but you brought us to a place of abundance.(W)
13 I will come to your temple with burnt offerings(X)
and fulfill my vows(Y) to you—
14 vows my lips promised and my mouth spoke
when I was in trouble.
15 I will sacrifice fat animals to you
and an offering of rams;
I will offer bulls and goats.(Z)
16 Come and hear,(AA) all you who fear God;
let me tell(AB) you what he has done for me.
17 I cried out to him with my mouth;
his praise was on my tongue.
18 If I had cherished sin in my heart,
the Lord would not have listened;(AC)
19 but God has surely listened
and has heard(AD) my prayer.
20 Praise be to God,
who has not rejected(AE) my prayer
or withheld his love from me!
