Wisdom 12:8
But you spared even these men and women when you sent wasps at the head of your army to destroy your enemies little by little.
Yet even those thou sparedst as men, and didst send wasps, forerunners of thy host, to destroy them by little and little.
But even in this you showed mercy toward their enemies, since they were only human beings. You sent hornets ahead of your army, to destroy the enemy gradually.
But even these you spared, since they were but mortals and sent wasps as forerunners of your army that they might exterminate them by degrees.
But even these you spared, since they were but mortals, and sent wasps as forerunners of your army to destroy them little by little,
But even these you spared, since they were but mortals, and sent wasps as forerunners of your army to destroy them little by little,
But even these you spared, since they were but mortals, and sent wasps as forerunners of your army to destroy them little by little,
But even these you spared, since they were but mortals, and sent wasps as forerunners of your army to destroy them little by little,
But even these thou didst spare, since they were but men, and didst send wasps as forerunners of thy army, to destroy them little by little,
But even these thou didst spare, since they were but men, and didst send wasps as forerunners of thy army, to destroy them little by little,
But also thou sparedest these as men, and thou sentest wasps, the before-goers of thine host, (so) that those [or they] should destroy them (by) little and little.
