After all, he has guided me safely, healed my wife, brought the money with me, and healed you. How much of a bonus should I give him?”
He conducted me and brought me safe again, he received the money of Gabelus, he caused me to have my wife, and he chased from her the evil spirit, he gave joy to her parents, myself he delivered from being devoured by the fish, thee also he hath made to see the light of heaven, and we are filled with all good things through him. What can we give him sufficient for these things?
He brought me back home safe and sound; he went to get the money for me from Gabael; he rid my wife of a demon; and he cured your blindness. How much of a bonus should I give him?
He led me back safe and sound, healed my wife, brought the money back with me, and healed you. How much should I pay him?”
He returned me to you safe and sound, he cured my wife, he brought back the money with me, and he healed you. How much extra should I give him?”
For he has led me back to you safely, he cured my wife, he brought the money back with me, and he healed you. How much extra shall I give him as a bonus?’

For he has led me back safely, cured my wife, brought the money back with me, and healed you. How much extra shall I give him as a bonus?”
For he has led me back to you safely, he cured my wife, he obtained the money for me, and he also healed you.”
For he has led me back to you safely, he cured my wife, he obtained the money for me, and he also healed you.”
He led me forth, and brought me (back) whole again/and he hath brought me again whole; and he received of (or from) Gabael the money that he owed to thee; and he made me to have a wife, and he drove away the fiend [or the devil] from her; he made joy to (or for) her father and mother; he delivered me from the devouring of a fish; and he made thee to see the light of heaven; and we be full-filled with all goods by him; what thing worthy to these things may we give to him?
