Sirach 41:18
of error before a judge and an official, of lawlessness before the assembly and the people, of injustice before a partner and friend,
Better is the man that hideth his folly, than the man that hideth his wisdom.
Before a judge, be ashamed of criminal behavior. Before a public assembly, be ashamed of breaking the law. Before a friend or partner, be ashamed of dishonesty.
Before master and mistress, of deceit; before the public assembly, of crime; Before associate and friend, of disloyalty,
or before a judge or a magistrate in a crime, or by the assembly of the people in a violation of the law, or by a friend or a partner in dishonesty,
of a crime, before a judge or magistrate; and of a breach of the law, before the congregation and the people; of unjust dealing, before your partner or your friend;
