Sirach 40:6

They get little or no rest; they even toil in their dreams, just as they do in the day, being troubled by images in their mind, as one who escapes from war.
A little and as nothing is his rest, and afterward in sleep, as in the day of keeping watch.
We get little rest, if any at all. When we sleep, it is as if we were awake, disturbed by our imaginations. If we dream that we are running from an enemy,
So short is his rest it seems like none, till in his dreams he struggles as he did by day, Troubled by the visions of his mind, like a fugitive fleeing from the pursuer.
He receives little if any rest, struggling while he dreams as he does when he is awake. Terrified by nightmares, he is like someone who has fled from the battlefield.
He gets little or no rest; he struggles in his sleep as he did by day. He is troubled by the visions of his mind like one who has escaped from the battlefield.

He gets little or no rest, and afterward in his sleep, as though he were on watch, he is troubled by the visions of his mind like one who has escaped from the battle-front;
He gets little or no rest, and afterward in his sleep, as though he were on watch, he is troubled by the visions of his mind like one who has escaped from the battle-front;
Forsooth a little is as nought in rest; beholding is of him in sleep as in the day. He is disturbed (or troubled) in the sight of his heart, as he that escapeth [or (that) escaped] in the day of battle.
