Sirach 38:32

Without them a city can’t be inhabited, and they neither go abroad to live as immigrants nor travel about. However, they aren’t sought out when the people hold a council,
So doth the potter sitting at his work, turning the wheel about with his feet, who is always carefully set to his work, and maketh all his work by number:
Without such people there could be no cities; no one would live or visit where these services were not available.
Without them no city could be lived in, and wherever they stay, they do not go hungry. But they are not sought out for the council of the people,
Without them no city would be constructed, neither could people live or walk in one.
Without them no city can be inhabited, and wherever they live, they will not go hungry. Yet they are not sought out for the council of the people,
Without them no city can be inhabited, and wherever they live, they will not go hungry. Yet they are not sought out for the council of the people,
Without them no city can be inhabited, and wherever they live, they will not go hungry. Yet they are not sought out for the council of the people,
Without them no city can be inhabited, and wherever they live they will not go hungry. Yet they are not sought out for the council of the people,
Without them a city cannot be established, and men can neither sojourn nor live there.
Without them a city cannot be established, and men can neither sojourn nor live there.
A city is not builded without all these men. And they shall not dwell, neither go; [Without all these is not built up the city. And they shall not dwell in, nor go in;]
