My child, let your tears flow for the dead; as one who is suffering terribly, give voice to your sorrow. Lay out their bodies in accordance with their wishes, and don’t neglect their burial.
My son, shed tears over the dead, and begin to lament as if thou hadst suffered some great harm, and according to judgment cover his body, and neglect not his burial.
My child, when someone dies, you should mourn. Weep and wail to show how deeply you feel the loss. Prepare the body in the proper way, and be present at the burial.
My son, shed tears for one who is dead with wailing and bitter lament; As is only proper, prepare the body, and do not absent yourself from the burial.
My child, shed tears for one who has died, and as one in great sorrow, begin the lament. Bury the body with proper ceremony, and do not neglect to honor the grave.
My child, let your tears fall for the dead, and as one in great pain begin the lament. Lay out the body with due ceremony, and do not neglect the burial.

My child, let your tears fall for the dead, and as one in great pain begin the lament. Lay out the body according to custom, and do not neglect the burial.
My son, let your tears fall for the dead, and as one who is suffering grievously begin the lament. Lay out his body with the honor due him, and do not neglect his burial.
My son, let your tears fall for the dead, and as one who is suffering grievously begin the lament. Lay out his body with the honor due him, and do not neglect his burial.
Son, bring thou forth tears on (or over) a dead man, and thou as suffering hard things begin to weep; and by [or after] doom, (or according to custom), cover thou the body of him, and despise thou not his burying.
